The invention claimed is: 1. A guidance processing apparatus comprising: a memory configured to store instructions; and a processor configured to execute the instructions to: acquire a plurality of different pieces of guidance information on the basis of states of a plurality of people within one or more images; control a plurality of target devices present in different spaces or time division control of a target device so as to set a plurality of different conditions corresponding to the plurality of pieces of guidance information; analyze an image obtained by capturing a target area to thereby acquire a degree of crowdedness of people in the target area, and analyze a plurality of images obtained by capturing a plurality of peripheral areas of the target area to thereby acquire a degree of crowdedness and a moving direction of people in each of the peripheral areas; determine degrees of influence of the plurality of peripheral areas on the degree of crowdedness of the target area on the basis of the degrees of crowdedness and the moving directions in the plurality of peripheral areas, and acquire a plurality of different pieces of guidance information on the basis of the degrees of influence of the plurality of peripheral areas; and display each of the plurality of different pieces of guidance information on a display device of a corresponding peripheral area. 2. A guidance method performed by at least one computer, the guidance method comprising: acquiring a plurality of different pieces of guidance information on the basis of states of a plurality of people within one or more images; performing control of a plurality of target devices present in different spaces or time division control of a target device so as to set a plurality of different conditions corresponding to the plurality of pieces of guidance information; analyzing an image obtained by capturing a target area to thereby acquire a degree of crowdedness of people in the target area, and analyzing a plurality of images obtained by capturing a plurality of peripheral areas of the target area to thereby acquire a degree of crowdedness and a moving direction of people in each of the peripheral areas; determining degrees of influence of the plurality of peripheral areas on the degree of crowdedness of the target area on the basis of the degrees of crowdedness and the moving directions in the plurality of peripheral areas, wherein the acquiring of the guidance information includes acquiring a plurality of different pieces of guidance information on the basis of the degrees of influence of the plurality of peripheral areas; and displaying each of the plurality of different pieces of guidance information on a display device of a corresponding peripheral area. 3. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program causing at least one computer to perform a guidance method comprising: acquiring a plurality of different pieces of guidance information on the basis of states of a plurality of people within one or more images; performing control of a plurality of target devices present in different spaces or time division control of a target device so as to set a plurality of different conditions corresponding to the plurality of pieces of guidance information; analyzing an image obtained by capturing a target area to thereby acquire a degree of crowdedness of people in the target area, and analyzing a plurality of images obtained by capturing a plurality of peripheral areas of the target area to thereby acquire a degree of crowdedness and a moving direction of people in each of the peripheral areas; determining degrees of influence of the plurality of peripheral areas on the degree of crowdedness of the target area on the basis of the degrees of crowdedness and the moving directions in the plurality of peripheral areas, wherein the acquiring of the guidance information includes acquiring a plurality of different pieces of guidance information on the basis of the degrees of influence of the plurality of peripheral areas; and displaying each of the plurality of different pieces of guidance information on a display device of a corresponding peripheral area.
