What is claimed and desired to be secured by Letters Patent is as follows: 1. A base structure comprising: at least one arm comprising spaced apart first and second apertures; a locking member that slidably engages the at least one arm, the locking member comprising spaced apart first and second bores; a first key member; and a second key member, wherein the locking member is movable relative to the arm between a first orientation and a second orientation, in the first orientation the first key member is substantially locked in place and non-removable from the first aperture, in the second orientation the first key member is removable from the first aperture, and wherein in the first orientation of the locking member, the second key member is located in the second aperture and the second bore and the first key member is located the first aperture such that a locking element of the first key member engages a locking element of the locking member thereby substantially locking the first key member in place. 2. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein the locking element of the first key member is a key notch portion and the locking element of the locking member is a U-shaped notch. 3. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein the locking element of the first key member has a circular cross-section with chamfered ends. 4. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein in the second orientation of the locking member, the second key member is spaced apart from the second aperture and the second bore and a locking element of the first key member is spaced apart from a locking element of the locking member such that the first key member is removable from the first aperture. 5. A base structure as recited in claim 4 , wherein the locking element of the first key member is a key notch portion and the locking element of the locking member is a U-shaped notch. 6. A base structure as recited in claim 4 , wherein the locking element of the first key member has a circular cross-section with chamfered ends. 7. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein in the second orientation of the locking member, the second key member is spaced apart from the second aperture and the second bore and a locking element of the first key member is spaced apart from a locking element of the locking member such that the first key member is removable from the first aperture. 8. A base structure as recited in claim 7 , wherein the locking element of the first key member is a key notch portion and the locking element of the locking member is a U-shaped notch. 9. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein as the second key member is inserted into the second aperture and the second bore, the locking member is moved to the first orientation, and the locking member moves from the first orientation to the second orientation by removing the second key member from the second aperture and the second bore. 10. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein the second aperture is aligned with the second bore when the locking member is in the first orientation and the second aperture is misaligned with the second bore when the locking member is in the second orientation. 11. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein the second aperture is coaxial with the second bore when the locking member is in the first orientation and the second aperture is non-coaxial with the second bore when the locking member is in the second orientation. 12. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein the first bore extends through a first end of the locking member and the second bore extends through a second end of the locking member, the first end having a maximum thickness that is less than a maximum thickness of the second end. 13. A base structure as recited in claim 12 , wherein the maximum thickness of the first end is equal to about half of the maximum thickness of the second end. 14. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein the locking member includes opposite first and second surfaces, a first end of the locking member including a cutout that extends into the first surface, the first bore extending through the cutout and the second surface, the second bore extending through the first and second surfaces. 15. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein the first and second key members are identical. 16. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein the first key member comprises a first end including a handle and an opposite second end including a spring-loaded latch. 17. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein in the first orientation of the locking member, the second key member is located in the second aperture and the second bore and the first key member is located in the first aperture such that a locking element of the first key member engages a locking element of the locking member, thereby substantially locking the first key member in place, the locking element of the first key member having a circular cross-section with chamfered ends, the first key member including a body, the chamfered ends providing a substantially smooth transition between a diameter of the locking element of the first key member and a diameter of the body. 18. A base structure as recited in claim 1 , wherein in the first orientation of the locking member, the second key member is located in the second aperture and the second bore and the first key member is located in the first aperture such that a locking element of the first key member engages a locking element of the locking member, thereby substantially locking the first key member, the first key member including a body, the locking element of the first key member having a reduced diameter relative to the body. 19. A base structure comprising: at least one arm comprising spaced apart first and second apertures; a locking member that slidably engages the at least one arm, the locking member comprising spaced apart first and second bores and a notch; a first key member comprising a body and a key notch portion having a reduced diameter relative to the body; and a second key member, wherein the locking member is movable relative to the at least one arm between a first orientation and a second orientation, in the first orientation of the locking member the second key member is located in the second aperture and the second bore and the first key member is located in the first aperture such that the key notch portion engages the notch and the first key member is substantially locked in place and non-removable from the first aperture, in the second orientation of the locking member the second key member is spaced apart from the second aperture and the second bore and the key notch portion is spaced apart from the notch such that the first key member is removable from the first aperture. 20. A base structure comprising: at least one arm comprising spaced apart first and second apertures; a locking member that slidably engages the at least one arm, the locking member comprising spaced apart first and second bores and a U-shaped notch; a first key member comprising a body and a key notch portion having a reduced diameter relative to the body; and a second key member, wherein the locking member is movable relative to the at least one arm between a first orientation and a second orientation, in the first orientation of the locking member the second key member is located in the second aperture and the second bore and the first key member is located in the first aperture such that the key no
