Methods and apparatus, including computer program products, are provided for processing analyte data. In some example implementations, a method may include receiving, at a first processing system including a user interface, an installation package including a plug-in and code configured to provide at the first processing system an interface between a sensor system configured to measure an analyte concentration level in a host and a second processing system; storing, by the first processing system, the installation package in a location based on a role of a user initiating the installation of the code; installing the plug-in for the user interface to enable the plug-in to control one or more aspects of an installation of the code; and initiating, by at least the plug-in, the installation of the code at the first processing system to provide the interface. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also disclosed.

What is claimed is: 1. A method comprising: measuring analyte concentration levels in a host utilizing an analyte sensor; monitoring a change in the measured analyte concentration levels; receiving sensor data from a second sensor different from the analyte sensor, wherein the sensor data relates to a physiology of the host; correlating the measured analyte concentration levels and the sensor data utilizing an analyte processor; analyzing the measured analyte concentration levels and the sensor data utilizing the analyte processor to detect one or more patterns associated with the measured analyte concentration levels and the correlated sensor data; receiving, from a user interface, a request to generate a report; authenticating the request to generate the report wherein authenticating the request to generate the report comprises at least one of: requesting a security credential at the user interface, receiving the requested security credential via the user interface, or verifying that the received security credential authorizes the request to generate the report; and based on the analyzing, dynamically generating the report utilizing the analyte processor. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second sensor comprises an accelerometer and the sensor data comprises acceleration data associated with physical movement of the host. 3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising determining one or more statistics corresponding to the measured analyte concentration levels. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the one or more statistics comprise one or more of a median of the measured analyte concentration levels, a mean of the measured analyte concentration levels, a standard deviation of the measured analyte concentration levels, an inner quartile range of the measured analyte concentration levels, and an outer quartile range of the measured analyte concentration levels. 5. The method of claim 3 , wherein the one or more statistics are included in the dynamically generated report. 6. The method of claim 3 , wherein the report includes at least one graph or chart indicating at least one of: the measured analyte concentration levels; or the statistics describing the measured analyte concentration levels. 7. An apparatus comprising: at least one processor; and at least one memory including code which when executed by the at least one processor provides operations comprising: receiving analyte concentration levels in a host measured by an analyte sensor; monitoring a change in the measured analyte concentration levels; receiving sensor data from a second sensor different from the analyte sensor, wherein the sensor data relates to a physiology of the host; correlating the measured analyte concentration levels and the sensor data; analyzing the measured analyte concentration levels and the sensor data to detect one or more patterns associated with the measured analyte concentration levels and the correlated sensor data; receiving, from a user interface, a request to generate a report; authenticating the request to generate the report, wherein authenticating the request to generate the report comprises at least one of: requesting a security credential at the user interface, receiving the requested security credential via the user interface, or verifying that the received security credential authorizes the request to generate the report; and based on the analyzing, dynamically generating the report. 8. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the second sensor comprises an accelerometer and the sensor data comprises acceleration data associated with physical movement of the host. 9. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the operations further comprise determining one or more statistics corresponding to the measured analyte concentration levels. 10. The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein one or more statistics comprise one or more of a median of the measured analyte concentration levels, a mean of the measured analyte concentration levels, a standard deviation of the measured analyte concentration levels, an inner quartile range of the measured analyte concentration levels, and an outer quartile range of the measured analyte concentration levels. 11. The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the one or more statistics are included in the dynamically generated report. 12. The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the report includes at least one graph or chart indicating at least one of: the measured analyte concentration levels; or the statistics describing the measured analyte concentration levels.
