What is claimed is: 1. An electric connection box comprising: a housing including an opening; a first lid portion including a first body wall that closes the opening of the housing, and a first peripheral wall extending from a periphery of the first body wall toward the housing; a groove provided between the first peripheral wall and a wall portion arranged to be spaced apart from the first peripheral wall, the groove having openings of two ends of the groove in a longitudinal direction; and a pair of water stop walls provided on the first lid portion and configured to cover the openings of the two ends of the groove in the longitudinal direction, respectively. 2. The electric connection box according to claim 1 , wherein the pair of water stop walls are provided on an outer side with respect to the two ends of the groove in the longitudinal direction. 3. The electric connection box according to claim 1 , wherein a bottom surface of the groove is provided with an inclined surface that moves away from the first lid portion as extending from a center toward two ends of the longitudinal direction. 4. The electric connection box according to claim 1 , wherein a protrusion is provided on the first lid portion, and wherein the protrusion protrudes toward the wall portion so as to cover an opening provided in the groove in a side of the first body wall in an extending direction of the first peripheral wall. 5. The electric connection box according to claim 1 , further comprising: a second lid portion including a second body wall that closes the opening of the housing, and a second peripheral wall extending from a periphery of the second body wall toward the housing, wherein the second peripheral wall forms the wall portion, and wherein the groove is formed between the first peripheral wall and the second peripheral wall. 6. The electric connection box according to claim 1 , wherein the electric connection box is disposed in an engine room provided on a front side of a vehicle, and wherein the first peripheral wall is disposed on a front side with respect to the wall portion in a front-rear direction of the vehicle. 7. The electric connection box according to claim 1 , wherein the electric connection box is disposed in an engine room provided on a rear side of the vehicle, and wherein the first peripheral wall is disposed on a rear side with respect to the wall portion in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. 8. The electric connection box according to claim 1 , wherein the pair of water stop walls extend across the groove, and wherein the first peripheral wall, the wall portion, and the water stop walls encircle the groove. 9. The electric connection box according to claim 1 , wherein the first peripheral wall comprises a first side wall, a second side wall and a third side wall, the second side wall and the third side wall being continuously arranged from two ends of the first side wall, respectively, wherein the groove is provided between the first side wall and the wall portion, and wherein the pair of water stop walls protrude toward the wall portion from outer walls of the second side wall and the third side wall in a direction substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the groove, respectively, to cover the openings of the two ends of the groove in the longitudinal direction. 10. An electric connection box comprising: a housing including an opening; a first lid portion including a first body wall that closes the opening of the housing, and a first peripheral wall extending from a periphery of the first body wall toward the housing; a groove provided between the first peripheral wall and a wall portion arranged to be spaced apart from the first peripheral wall; and a water stop wall provided on the first lid portion and configured to cover an opening of two ends of the groove in a longitudinal direction, wherein a bottom surface of the groove is provided with an inclined surface that moves away from the first lid portion as extending from a center toward two ends of the longitudinal direction. 11. An electric connection box comprising: a housing including an opening; a first lid portion including a first body wall that closes the opening of the housing, and a first peripheral wall extending from a periphery of the first body wall toward the housing; a groove provided between the first peripheral wall and a wall portion arranged to be spaced apart from the first peripheral wall; and a water stop wall provided on the first lid portion and configured to cover an opening of two ends of the groove in a longitudinal direction, wherein a protrusion is provided on the first lid portion, and wherein the protrusion protrudes toward the wall portion so as to cover an opening provided in the groove in a side of the first body wall in an extending direction of the first peripheral wall.
