What is claimed is: 1. A light emitting device comprising: a board; a plurality of light sources disposed on the board, each light source of the plurality of light sources including a lens and a light emitting diode configured to emit blue light; a light converter apart from the board and configured to emit approximately white light in response to the blue light being incident on the light converter; and a plurality of yellow phosphor members provided on the board to surround the light emitting diode, wherein the plurality of yellow phosphor members includes a plurality of first yellow phosphor members arranged at intervals on a circumference of a first circle surrounding the light emitting diode and a plurality of second yellow phosphor members arranged at intervals on a circumference of a second circle surrounding the light emitting diode, and wherein each of the plurality of first yellow phosphor members is disposed inside an outermost line of the lens and spaced apart from the lens. 2. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein part of the plurality of yellow phosphor members is disposed outside the outermost line of the lens. 3. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of second yellow phosphor members are disposed outside the outermost line of the lens. 4. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of yellow phosphor members is arranged at an interval corresponding to a predetermined angle around the light emitting diode. 5. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of first yellow phosphor members are arranged substantially equidistant from the light emitting diode, and the plurality of second yellow phosphor members are arranged substantially equidistant from the light emitting diode. 6. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of yellow phosphor members include a first group of yellow phosphor members disposed on an edge of the board, and a second group of yellow phosphor members disposed at a center of the board, and the first group is more densely arranged than the second group. 7. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of yellow phosphor members have different sizes according to different levels of a color mura of white light converted from the light converter. 8. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of yellow phosphor members includes a third yellow phosphor member having first size and located on an edge of the board and a fourth yellow phosphor member having a second size and located on a center of the board, and the first size is greater than the second size. 9. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the lens does not include phosphor members. 10. A display apparatus, comprising: a display panel; and a light emitting device configured to emit light on the display panel, wherein the light emitting device comprises: a board, a plurality of light sources disposed on the board, each light source of the plurality of light sources including a lens and a light emitting diode configured to emit blue light, a light converter apart from the board and configured to emit approximately white light in response to the blue light being incident on the light converter, and a plurality of yellow phosphor members provided on the board to surround the light emitting diode, wherein the plurality of yellow phosphor members includes a plurality of first yellow phosphor members arranged at intervals on a circumference of a first circle surrounding the light emitting diode and a plurality of second yellow phosphor members arranged at intervals on a circumference of a second circle surrounding the light emitting diode, and wherein each of the plurality of first yellow phosphor members is disposed inside an outermost line of the lens and spaced apart from the lens. 11. The display apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein part of the plurality of yellow phosphor members is disposed outside the outermost line of the lens. 12. The display apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the plurality of second yellow phosphor members are disposed outside the outermost line of the lens. 13. The display apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein each of the plurality of yellow phosphor members is arranged at an interval corresponding to a predetermined angle around the light emitting diode. 14. The display apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the plurality of first yellow phosphor members are arranged substantially equidistant from the light emitting diode, and the plurality of second yellow phosphor members are arranged substantially equidistant from the light emitting diode. 15. The display apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the plurality of yellow phosphor members include a first group of yellow phosphor members disposed on an edge of the board, and a second group of yellow phosphor members disposed at a center of the board, and the first group is more densely arranged than the second group. 16. The display apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the plurality of yellow phosphor members have different sizes according to different levels of a color mura of white light converted from the light converter. 17. The display apparatus according to claim 10 , wherein the plurality of yellow phosphor members includes a third yellow phosphor member having first size and located on an edge of the board and a fourth yellow phosphor member having a second size and located on a center of the board, and the first size is greater than the second size.
