What is claimed is: 1. An array of disposable absorbent articles, the array comprising: a first absorbent article in a first package, wherein an externally visible outer garment facing portion of the first absorbent article comprises a dye or pigment, and wherein the first absorbent article is a first size; a second absorbent article in a second package, wherein an externally visible outer garment facing portion of the second absorbent article comprises a dye or pigment, and wherein the second absorbent article is a second size; a third absorbent article in a third package, wherein an externally visible outer garment facing portion of the third absorbent article comprises a dye or pigment, and wherein the third absorbent article is a third size; wherein the second absorbent article comprises a greater percentage of the dye or pigment of the outer garment facing surface portion of the second absorbent article versus a percentage of the dye or pigment of the outer garment facing surface portion of the first absorbent article; wherein the third absorbent article comprises a greater percentage of the dye or pigment of the outer garment facing surface portion of the third absorbent article versus the percentage of the dye or pigment of the outer garment facing surface portion of the first absorbent article; wherein the second size of the second absorbent article is greater than the first size of the first absorbent article, and wherein the third size of the third absorbent article is greater than the second size of the second absorbent article. 2. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 1 , wherein the first and second sizes overlap, and wherein the second and third sizes overlap. 3. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 1 , wherein the externally visible outer garment facing portion of the first absorbent article is substantially uncolored. 4. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 1 , wherein the externally visible outer garment facing portion of the second absorbent article is partially colored. 5. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 4 , wherein the externally visible outer garment facing portion of the third absorbent article is substantially colored. 6. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 1 , wherein the first absorbent article comprises an umbilical cord notch. 7. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 6 , wherein the second absorbent article comprises a wetness indicator. 8. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 7 , wherein the third absorbent article is in a pull-on configuration in the third package. 9. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 1 , wherein the first absorbent article is substantially white. 10. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 1 , wherein each of the first, second, and third packages comprises the same product names. 11. An array of disposable absorbent articles, the array comprising: a first absorbent article in a first package, wherein an externally visible outer garment facing portion of the first absorbent article comprises a first white area, and wherein the first absorbent article is a first size; a second absorbent article in a second package, wherein an externally visible outer garment facing portion of the second absorbent article comprises a second white area, and wherein the second absorbent article is a second size; a third absorbent article in a third package, wherein an externally visible outer garment facing portion of the third absorbent article comprises a third white area, and wherein the third absorbent article is a third size; wherein the second white area of the outer garment facing surface portion of the second absorbent article is less than the first white area of the outer garment facing surface portion of the first absorbent article; wherein the third white area of the outer garment facing surface portion of the third absorbent article is less than the first white area of the outer garment facing surface portion of the first absorbent article; and wherein the second size of the second absorbent article is greater than the first size of the first absorbent article, and wherein the third size of the third absorbent article is greater than the second size of the second absorbent article. 12. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 11 , wherein less than about 25% of the surface area of the outer garment facing portion of the first absorbent article comprises a non-white dye or pigment. 13. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 11 , wherein from about 25% to about 70% of the surface area of the outer garment facing portion of the second absorbent article comprises a non-white dye or pigment. 14. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 11 , wherein greater than about 70% of the surface area of the outer garment facing portion of the third absorbent article comprises a non-white dye or pigment. 15. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 11 , wherein the first and second sizes overlap, and wherein the second and third sizes overlap. 16. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 11 , wherein the first, second, and third packages are arranged horizontally such that the first package is left of the second package and the second package is disposed to the left of third package, when looking at the array of disposable absorbent articles. 17. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 16 , wherein the first, second, and third packages are disposed next to each other. 18. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 11 , wherein each of the first, second, and third packages comprises the same product names. 19. An array of disposable absorbent articles, the array comprising: a first absorbent article in a first package, wherein an externally visible outer garment facing portion of the first absorbent article comprises a first white area, and wherein the first absorbent article is a first size; a second absorbent article in a second package, wherein an externally visible outer garment facing portion of the second absorbent article comprises a second white area, and wherein the second absorbent article is a second size; a third absorbent article in a third package, wherein an externally visible outer garment facing portion of the third absorbent article comprises a third white area, and wherein the third absorbent article is a third size; wherein the second white area of the outer garment facing surface portion of the second absorbent article is less than the first white area of the outer garment facing surface portion of the first absorbent article; wherein the third white area of the outer garment facing surface portion of the third absorbent article is less than the second white area of the outer garment facing surface portion of the second absorbent article; and wherein the second size of the second absorbent article is greater than the first size of the first absorbent article, and wherein the third size of the third absorbent article is greater than the second size of the second absorbent article. 20. The array of disposable absorbent articles according to claim 19 , wherein each of the first, second, and third packages comprises the same product names.
