What is claimed is: 1. A breaker/relay, comprising: a fixed contact electrically coupled to a motive power circuit for a mobile application; a movable contact selectively electrically coupled to the fixed contact, wherein the movable contact in a first position allows power to flow through the motive power circuit, and the movable contact in a second position does not allow power to flow through the motive power circuit; and a physical opening response portion responsive to a current value in the motive power circuit, wherein the physical opening response portion is configured to move the movable contact to the second position in response to the current value exceeding a threshold current value, wherein the physical opening response portion is structured to be adjustable to at least one adjustment operation, wherein the at least one adjustment operation adjusts a force of a biasing member operationally coupled to a contactor of the breaker/relay. 2. The breaker/relay of claim 1 , wherein the at least one adjustment operation adjusts a compression of a biasing member operationally coupled to a contactor of the breaker/relay. 3. The breaker/relay of claim 1 , wherein the physical opening response portion further comprises a mass value of the movable contacts, wherein a contact area, a contact force, and the mass value are configured to move the movable contact away from the first position at a selected velocity value in response to the current value exceeding the threshold current value. 4. The breaker/relay of claim 3 , further comprising: an armature operatively coupled to the movable contact and capable to move the movable contact between the first position and the second position; a current response circuit structured to determine a current in a mobile power circuit, and further structured to provide an armature command to command the movable contact to the first position in response to the current in the mobile power circuit exceeding a second current threshold value. 5. A breaker/relay, comprising: a fixed contact electrically coupled to a motive power circuit for a mobile application; a movable contact selectively electrically coupled to the fixed contact, wherein the movable contact in a first position allows power to flow through the motive power circuit, and the movable contact in a second position does not allow power to flow through the motive power circuit; and a physical opening response portion responsive to a current value in the motive power circuit, wherein the physical opening response portion is configured to move the movable contact to the second position in response to the current value exceeding a threshold current value, wherein the physical opening response portion is structured to be adjustable to at least one adjustment operation, wherein the at least one adjustment operation adjusts a force of an armature operationally coupled to a contactor of the breaker/relay. 6. The breaker/relay of claim 5 , wherein the at least one adjustment operation adjusts a compression of a biasing member operationally coupled to a contactor of the breaker/relay. 7. The breaker/relay of claim 5 , wherein the physical opening response portion further comprises a mass value of the movable contacts, wherein a contact area, a contact force, and the mass value are configured to move the movable contact away from the first position at a selected velocity value in response to the current value exceeding the threshold current value. 8. The breaker/relay of claim 7 , further comprising: an armature operatively coupled to the movable contact and capable to move the movable contact between the first position and the second position; a current response circuit structured to determine a current in a mobile power circuit, and further structured to provide an armature command to command the movable contact to the first position in response to the current in the mobile power circuit exceeding a second current threshold value. 9. A breaker/relay, comprising: a fixed contact electrically coupled to a motive power circuit for a mobile application; a movable contact selectively electrically coupled to the fixed contact, wherein the movable contact in a first position allows power to flow through the motive power circuit, and the movable contact in a second position does not allow power to flow through the motive power circuit; and a physical opening response portion responsive to a current value in the motive power circuit, wherein the physical opening response portion is configured to move the movable contact to the second position in response to the current value exceeding a threshold current value, wherein the physical opening response portion is structured to be adjustable to at least one adjustment operation, wherein the fixed contact comprises a first fixed contact, the breaker/relay further comprising a second fixed contact, wherein the movable contact comprises a first movable contact corresponding to the first fixed contact, the breaker/relay further comprising a second movable contact corresponding to the second fixed contact, and a bus bar electrically coupling the first movable contact to the second movable contact. 10. The breaker/relay of claim 9 , wherein the bus bar comprises a hardware configuration in a region of each of the movable contacts, wherein the hardware configuration provides for a physical response force of the movable contacts in response to a current value through the motive power circuit. 11. The breaker/relay of claim 9 , wherein the at least one adjustment operation adjusts a compression of a biasing member operationally coupled to a contactor of the breaker/relay. 12. The breaker/relay of claim 9 , wherein the physical opening response portion further comprises a mass value of the movable contacts, wherein a contact area, a contact force, and the mass value are configured to move the movable contact away from the first position at a selected velocity value in response to the current value exceeding the threshold current value. 13. The breaker/relay of claim 12 , further comprising: an armature operatively coupled to the movable contact and capable to move the movable contact between the first position and the second position; a current response circuit structured to determine a current in a mobile power circuit, and further structured to provide an armature command to command the movable contact to the first position in response to the current in the mobile power circuit exceeding a second current threshold value. 14. A breaker/relay, comprising: a fixed contact electrically coupled to a motive power circuit for a mobile application; a movable contact selectively electrically coupled to the fixed contact, wherein the movable contact in a first position allows power to flow through the motive power circuit, and the movable contact in a second position does not allow power to flow through the motive power circuit; and a physical opening response portion responsive to a current value in the motive power circuit, wherein the physical opening response portion is configured to move the movable contact to the second position in response to the current value exceeding a threshold current value, wherein the physical opening response portion is structured to be adjustable to at least one adjustment operation, wherein the physical opening response portion comprises a contact area between the fixed contact and the movable contact, and a biasing member providing a contact force to the movable contact, wherein the contact area and the contact force are configured to move the movable contact to the second position in r
