A grass trimmer includes a trimming head, a driving device for driving the trimming head to rotate so as to cut vegetation and an operating device for a user to operate so as to control the driving device. The trimming head includes a spool and a line holding member, the spool is used to wind a cutting line, and the line holding member is formed with a line holding structure. The driving device includes a motor. The grass trimmer has an auto-winding mode. In the auto-winding mode, the motor drives at least one of the spool and the line holding member to make the spool and the line holding member rotate relatively so that the cutting line is wound on the spool automatically.

What is claimed is: 1. A grass trimmer, comprising: a trimming head comprising a spool and a line holding element, wherein the spool is used to wind a trimming line and the line holding element comprises a line holding structure for associating with the trimming line; a motor for driving the trimming head to rotate; a first housing for accommodating the motor; a circuit board electrically coupled with the motor; a second housing for accommodating the circuit board; a rod assembly including a front end portion connecting with the first housing and a rear end portion connecting with the second housing; and an operating device for setting the grass trimmer to a cutting mode or an auto-winding mode, wherein in the cutting mode, the trimming head is driven by the motor to rotate to cut vegetation; in the auto-winding mode, at least one of the spool or the line holding structure is driven by the motor to rotate so as to wind the trimming line around the spool; and the operating device comprises a first operating element for activating the cutting mode and a second operating element for activating the auto-winding mode. 2. The grass trimmer of claim 1 , wherein the second operating element is positioned adjacent to the first housing or on the first housing. 3. The grass trimmer of claim 1 , further comprising: a guard fixed to the first housing, wherein the second operating element is disposed on the guard. 4. The grass trimmer of claim 1 , wherein the second operating element is disposed on the front end portion of the rod assembly. 5. The grass trimmer of claim 1 , wherein in the cutting mode, the trimming head is driven by the motor to rotate at a first speed; and in the auto-winding mode, the spool or the line holding structure is driven by the motor to rotate at a second speed, the first speed being greater than the second speed. 6. The grass trimmer of claim 1 , further comprising: a handle housing provided with a handle for a user to grip, wherein the first operating element is disposed on the handle housing, and the second operating element is disposed on the first housing. 7. The grass trimmer of claim 1 , further comprising: a damping device for decreasing the rotation speed of the head housing or stopping the head housing from rotating when the spool is driven by the motor in the auto-winding mode. 8. The grass trimmer of claim 7 , wherein the damping device further comprises: a friction element connected slidably with the first housing; wherein the friction element applies a frictional force to the line holding element to cause a relative rotation between the line holding element and the spool, when the friction element is moved into contact with the line holding element. 9. The grass trimmer of claim 7 , wherein the damping device further comprises: a stop pin for preventing rotation of the line holding element, wherein the line holding element is formed with a stop recess for engaging with the stop pin. 10. The grass trimmer of claim 7 , wherein the damping device is a one-way bearing. 11. A grass trimmer, comprising: a trimming head comprising a spool and a head housing, wherein the spool is used to wind a trimming line and the head housing is formed with an outer aperture allowing the cutting line to pass through; a driving device for driving the trimming head to rotate; a first housing for accommodating the driving device; a second housing for engaging with a battery pack; a rod assembly connected with the first housing and the second housing; and an operating device for setting the grass trimmer to a cutting mode or an auto-winding mode, wherein in the cutting mode, the trimming head is driven by the driving device to rotate to cut vegetation; in the auto-winding mode, the spool or the head housing is driven by the driving device to rotate so as to wind the trimming line around the spool; and the operating device comprises a first operating element and a second operating element, wherein the first operating element is configured to activate the cutting mode and the second operating element is configured to activate the auto-winding mode. 12. The grass trimmer of claim 11 , wherein in the cutting mode, the trimming head is driven by the driving device to rotate at a first speed; and in the auto-winding mode, the spool or the head housing is driven by the driving device to rotate at a second speed, the first speed being greater than the second speed. 13. The grass trimmer of claim 12 , further comprising: a handle housing provided with a handle for a user to grip, wherein the first operating element is disposed on the handle housing. 14. The grass trimmer of claim 11 , further comprising: a damping device for decreasing the rotation speed of the head housing or stopping the head housing from rotating when the spool is driven by the motor in the auto-winding mode. 15. The grass trimmer of claim 14 , wherein the damping device comprises: a friction element connected slidably with the first housing, wherein the friction element applies a frictional force to the head housing to cause a relative rotation between the head housing and the spool when the friction element is moved into contact with the head housing. 16. The grass trimmer of claim 14 , wherein the damping device further comprises: a stop pin for preventing rotation of the head housing, wherein the head housing is formed with a stop recess for engaging with the stop pin. 17. The grass trimmer of claim 14 , wherein the damping device is a one-way bearing. 18. The grass trimmer of claim 11 , further comprising: a first electronic switch controlled by the first operating element; and a second electronic switch controlled by the second operating element, wherein the first operating element being triggered prevents the second operating element from being triggered, and the second operating element being triggered prevents the first operating element being triggered. 19. The grass trimmer of claim 11 , further comprising: a first electronic switch controlled by the first operating element; and a second electronic switch controlled by the second operating element, wherein the first operating element is configured to be triggered to activate the cutting mode when the second operating element is released, and the second operating element is configured to be triggered to activate the auto-winding mode when the first operating element is released. 20. The grass trimmer of claim 11 , wherein the second operating element is positioned adjacent to the first housing or on the first housing.
