The invention provides anti-CLL-1 antibodies and immunoconjugates and methods of using the same.

What is claimed is: 1. An immunoconjugate having the formula Ab-(L-D)p, wherein: (a) Ab is an antibody that binds to CLL-1, wherein the antibody comprises (a) an HVR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8; (b) an HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:9, 43, or 44; (c) an HVR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:10; (d) an HVR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5; (e) an HVR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6; and (f) an HVR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:7; (b) L is a linker; (c) D is a cytotoxic agent and the cytotoxic agent is a drug; and (d) p ranges from 1-8. 2. The immunoconjugate of claim 1 , wherein the antibody comprises HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:9. 3. The immunoconjugate of claim 1 , wherein the antibody comprises HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:43. 4. The immunoconjugate of claim 1 , wherein the antibody comprises HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:44. 5. The immunoconjugate of claim 4 , wherein the antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 33 and a light chain variable region comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 32.
