Provided are novel compounds of Formula I:pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, which are useful in the treatment of diseases and disorders associated with mast cells. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the novel compounds of Formula I and methods for their use in treating one or more diseases and disorders associated with mast cells.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method of delaying the onset of, reversing, or reducing the risk of acquiring peripheral neuropathy (PN) in a subject having diabetes, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound having the Formula: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, polymorph, or solvate thereof. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the peripheral neuropathy is peripheral diabetic neuropathy. 3. A method of accelerating the healing of a wound in a subject having diabetes, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound having the Formula: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, polymorph, or solvate thereof.
