Opening claim text (preview).
The invention claimed is: 1. A foamable composition comprising: a gas generating agent including an oxalic acid salt of an aminoguanidine compound represented by general formula (1) below wherein X and Y are each independently a hydrogen atom or an amino group; and a material to be foamed. 2. The foamable composition according to claim 1 , wherein in the oxalic acid salt of the aminoguanidine compound, a molar ratio of the aminoguanidine compound to oxalic acid (aminoguanidine compound:oxalic acid) is in a range of 1:1 to 2:1. 3. The foamable composition according to claim 1 , wherein the aminoguanidine compound is aminoguanidine. 4. The foamable composition according to claim 1 , wherein the gas generating agent is a microcapsule-based agent. 5. The foamable composition according to claim 1 , wherein the material to be foamed is a thermoplastic resin and/or a rubber. 6. A method for producing a foam, comprising a step of heating the foamable composition according to claim 1 . 7. A foam, wherein the foam is obtained by foaming the foamable composition according to claim 1 .
