A portable dehumidifier includes a cabinet and two wheel mounting brackets. Each wheel mounting bracket is configured to secure one of two wheels to the cabinet. Each wheel mounting bracket includes an inside member, a bottom member, a top member, and an outside member. The inside member includes a first axle aperture for one end of an axle. The bottom member includes one or more mounting apertures configured to permit one or more fasteners to couple the wheel mounting bracket assembly to a bottom side of a cabinet. The outside member includes a second axle aperture for another end of the axle. The top member couples the outside member to the inside member and is coupled to an end of the inside member opposite to the bottom member. The top member includes one or more locating pins configured to be inserted into one or more locating apertures in the cabinet.

What is claimed is: 1. A portable dehumidifier, comprising: a cabinet comprising: a front side and a back side opposite the front side; a top side and a bottom side opposite the top side; an airflow inlet located on a first side of the cabinet; and an airflow outlet located on a second side of the cabinet that is opposite the first side; two wheels coupled to the front side of the cabinet; two wheel mounting bracket assemblies, each wheel mounting bracket assembly configured to secure one of the two wheels to the cabinet, each wheel mounting bracket assembly comprising: an inside member proximate to one of the sides of the cabinet, the inside member comprising a first axle aperture configured to accept one end of an axle, the axle configured to secure one of the two wheels to the cabinet; a bottom member coupled- to the inside member, the bottom member proximate to the bottom side of the cabinet, the bottom member comprising one or more mounting apertures configured to permit one or more fasteners to couple the wheel mounting bracket assembly to the bottom side of the cabinet; an outside member proximate to an outside of the cabinet with respect to the inside member, the outside member comprising a second axle aperture configured to accept another end of the axle; and a top member configured to couple the outside member to the inside member, the top member coupled to an end of the inside member opposite to the bottom member; the top member comprising one or more locating pins configured to be inserted into one or more locating apertures in the cabinet. 2. The portable dehumidifier of claim 1 , each wheel mounting bracket assembly further comprising a weld nut coupled to the outside member, the weld nut comprising a threaded aperture aligned with the second axle aperture. 3. The portable dehumidifier of claim 1 , wherein the outside member is shorter than the inside member. 4. The portable dehumidifier of claim 1 , further comprising: one or more first gussets located at an edge between the inside member and the bottom member; one or more second gussets located at an edge between the inside member and the top member; and one or more third gussets located at an edge between the outside member and the top member. 5. The portable dehumidifier of claim 1 , wherein each of the one or more locating apertures comprises a molded insert. 6. The portable dehumidifier of claim 1 , wherein each of the one or more locating pins are threaded. 7. The portable dehumidifier of claim 1 , wherein: the inside member, the bottom member, and the top member are formed from a single piece of metal; the outside member is formed from a separate piece of metal; and the outside member is welded to the top member in order to form the wheel mounting bracket assembly. 8. A portable dehumidifier, comprising: a cabinet comprising: a front side and a back side opposite the front side; a top side and a bottom side opposite the top side; two wheels coupled to the front side of the cabinet; two wheel mounting bracket assemblies, each wheel mounting bracket assembly configured to secure one of the two wheels to the cabinet, each wheel mounting bracket assembly comprising: an inside member proximate to one of the sides of the cabinet, the inside member comprising a first axle aperture configured to accept one end of an axle, the axle configured to secure one of the two wheels to the cabinet; a bottom member coupled to the inside member, the bottom member proximate to the bottom side of the cabinet, the bottom member comprising one or more mounting apertures configured to permit one or more fasteners to couple the wheel mounting bracket assembly to the bottom side of the cabinet; an outside member proximate to an outside of the cabinet with respect to the inside member, the outside member comprising a second axle aperture configured to accept another end of the axle; and a top member configured to couple the outside member to the inside member, the top member coupled to an end of the inside member opposite to the bottom member; the top member comprising one or more locating pins configured to be inserted into one or more locating apertures in the cabinet. 9. The portable dehumidifier of claim 8 , each wheel mounting bracket assembly further comprising a weld nut coupled to the outside member, the weld nut comprising a threaded aperture aligned with the second axle aperture. 10. The portable dehumidifier of claim 8 , wherein the outside member is shorter than the inside member. 11. The portable dehumidifier of claim 8 , further comprising: one or more first gussets located at an edge between the inside member and the bottom member; one or more second gussets located at an edge between the inside member and the top member; and one or more third gussets located at an edge between the outside member and the top member. 12. The portable dehumidifier of claim 8 , wherein each of the one or more locating apertures comprises a molded insert. 13. The portable dehumidifier of claim 8 , wherein each of the one or more locating pins are treaded. 14. The portable dehumidifier of claim 8 , wherein: the inside member, the bottom member, and the top member are formed from a single piece of metal; the outside member is formed from a separate piece of metal; and the outside member is welded to the top member in order to form the wheel mounting bracket assembly. 15. A portable dehumidifier, comprising: a cabinet comprising: a front side and a back side opposite the front, side; a top side and a bottom side opposite the top side; two wheel mounting brackets, each wheel mounting bracket configured to secure one of two wheels to the cabinet, each wheel mounting bracket comprising: an inside member comprising a first axle aperture that is configured to accept one end of an axle, the axle configured to secure one of the two wheels to the cabinet; a bottom member coupled to the inside member, the bottom member proximate to the bottom side of the cabinet, the bottom member comprising, one or more mounting apertures configured to permit one or more fasteners to couple the wheel mounting bracket to the bottom side of the cabinet; an outside member proximate to an outside of the cabinet with respect to the inside member, the outside member comprising a second axle aperture configured to accept another end of the axle; and a top member coupling the outside member to the inside member, the top member coupled to an end of the inside member opposite to the bottom member; the top member comprising one or more locating pins configured to be inserted into one or more locating apertures in the cabinet. 16. The portable dehumidifier of claim 15 , each wheel mounting bracket further comprising a weld nut coupled to the outside member, the weld nut comprising a threaded aperture aligned with the second axle aperture. 17. The portable dehumidifier of claim 15 , wherein the outside member is shorter than the inside member. 18. The portable dehumidifier of claim 15 , further comprising: one or more first gussets located at an edge between the inside member and the bottom member; one or more second gussets located at an edge between the inside member and the top member; and one or more third gussets located at an edge between the outside member and the top member. 19.
