A martensitic stainless steel sheet comprises a chemical composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.035% to 0.090%, Si: 0.01% to 1.0%, Mn: 0.01% to 0.90%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.050% or less, Cr: 10.0% to 14.0%, Ni: 0.01% to 0.40%, Al: 0.001% to 0.50%, V: 0.05% to 0.50%, and N: 0.050% to 0.20%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a content of C and a content of N in the chemical composition satisfy C %+N % 0.10% and N % C %, the number of precipitates with a major axis length of 200 nm or more in a surface layer of the martensitic stainless steel sheet is 25 or less per 100 μm2, and the martensitic stainless steel sheet has a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, a proof stress of 1100 MPa or more, and an elongation of 8.0% or more.

The invention claimed is: 1. A martensitic stainless steel sheet comprising a chemical composition containing, in mass %, C: 0.035% to 0.090%, Si: 0.01% to 1.0%, Mn: 0.01% to 0.90%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.050% or less, Cr: 10.0% to 14.0%, Ni: 0.01% to 0.40%, Al: 0.001% to 0.50%, V: 0.05% to 0.50%, and N: 0.050% to 0.20%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a content of C and a content of N in the chemical composition satisfy the following Formulas (1) and (2): C % +N % ≥0.10%   (1) N % ≥C %   (2) where C % and N % respectively denote the content of C and the content of N in steel in mass %, the number of precipitates with a major axis length of 200 nm or more in a surface layer of the martensitic stainless steel sheet is 25 or less per 100 μm 2 , and the martensitic stainless steel sheet has a tensile strength of 1300 MPa or more, a proof stress of 1100 MPa or more, and an elongation of 8.0% or more. 2. The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, in mass %, one or more selected from the group consisting of Mo: 0.01% to 0.50%, Cu: 0.01% to 0.15%, and Co: 0.01% to 0.50%. 3. The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, in mass %, one or more selected from the group consisting of Ti: 0.01% to 0.15%, Nb: 0.01% to 0.15%, and Zr: 0.01% to 0.15%. 4. The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, in mass %, one or more selected from the group consisting of B: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, Ca: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, and Mg: 0.0002% to 0.0100%. 5. The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, in mass %, one or more selected from the group consisting of Ti: 0.01% to 0.15%, Nb: 0.01% to 0.15%, and Zr: 0.01% to 0.15%. 6. The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 2 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, in mass %, one or more selected from the group consisting of B: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, Ca: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, and Mg: 0.0002% to 0.0100%. 7. The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 3 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, in mass %, one or more selected from the group consisting of B: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, Ca: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, and Mg: 0.0002% to 0.0100%. 8. The martensitic stainless steel sheet according to claim 5 , wherein the chemical composition further contains, in mass %, one or more selected from the group consisting of B: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, Ca: 0.0002% to 0.0100%, and Mg: 0.0002% to 0.0100%.
