A natriuretic polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:3, or SEQ ID NO:6. 3. A natriuretic polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:15. 4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and the polypeptide of claim 1 . 5.
