The invention claimed is: 1. A polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 5, wherein the amino acid sequence differs from SEQ ID NO: 5 by S32V, L123R, and E240A substitutions numbered relative to SEQ ID NO: 5. 2. The polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the amino acid sequence comprises SEQ ID NO: 50. 3. An immunogenic composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, a polypeptide according to claim 1 , and optionally an adjuvant.
