Systems and methods are provided for activating a card using augmented reality. The systems and methods may include capturing a real-time image of the card using a customer device, and extracting card information from the real-time image. The card information may be processed and used by a customer device or a financial provider server to activate the card. The customer device may display interactive graphics overlaid on the real-time card image to guide the customer through the activation process, and to educate the customer about the components of the card and aspects of the financial service associated with the card, such as a credit card service. The customer may interact with the overlaid graphics such as by selecting icons or portions of the card to trigger tutorials or to set preferences related to the card and/or financial service.

What is claimed is: 1. An augmented-reality account card activation method, comprising: capturing, by a camera, an image of an inactive account card; processing, by a processor in communication with the camera, the captured image to obtain card information presented on the account card; displaying, on a display in communication with the processor, an augmented reality (AR) graphic configured to obtain user input, the AR graphic comprising a card activation query overlaid on the image; detecting a change to a position or an orientation of the account card; modifying, based on the detected change, the AR graphic; receiving first user input comprising a response to the query; transmitting, to a server, an activation request comprising information relating to the received response to the query; receiving, from the server, a first notification in response to the transmitted activation request, the first notification indicating that the account card is activated; receiving second user input for associating the account card with a client device associated with the user, wherein the association of the account card causes the associated client device to require a lower security protocol to access account information associated with the account card; transmitting, to the server, an association request comprising information relating to the client device; and receiving, from the server, a second notification in response to the transmitted association request, the second notification indicating that the account card is associated with the client device. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein processing the image further comprises: detecting the account card based on the image; and when no card is detected after a predetermined time period, prompting a user to reposition the account card. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein processing the image further comprises: when the account card is detected, extracting card information from the detected account card. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein extracting card information from the detected account card further comprises: continuously extracting card information from the detected account card. 5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: transmitting the card information to the server. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein modifying the AR graphic further comprises at least one of resizing the AR graphic, relocating the AR graphic, rotating the AR graphic, or changing content of the AR graphic. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein capturing an image of the account card further comprises: capturing a real-time image of the account card. 8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: verifying an identity of an individual associated with the account card. 9. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: obtaining data for activating the account card based on an input from a user in response to the card activation query. 10. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: obtaining one or more card terms based on the account card information; and displaying the one or more card terms on the display. 11. A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform a method for augmented-reality account card activation, the method comprising: capturing, by a camera, an image; detecting an account card based on the image; obtaining card information of the account card; displaying, on a display in communication with the processor, an augmented reality (AR) graphic configured to obtain user input, the AR graphic comprising a card activation query overlaid on the image; detecting a change to a position or an orientation of the account card; modifying, based on the detected change, the AR graphic; receiving first user input comprising a response to the query; transmitting, to a server, an activation request comprising information relating to the received response to the query; receiving, from the server, a first notification in response to the transmitted activation request, the first notification indicating that the account card is activated; receiving second user input for associating the account card with a client device associated with the user, wherein the association of the account card causes the associated client device to require a lower security protocol to access account information associated with the account card; transmitting, to the server, an association request comprising information relating to the client device; and receiving, from the server, a second notification in response to the transmitted association request, the second notification indicating that the account card is associated with the client device. 12. The non-transitory computer-readable of claim 11 , wherein the method further comprises: when no card is detected after a predetermined time period, prompting a user to reposition the account card. 13. The non-transitory computer-readable of claim 12 , wherein obtaining card information of the account card further comprises: extracting the card information from the detected account card. 14. The non-transitory computer-readable of claim 13 , wherein extracting the card information from the detected account card further comprises: continuously extracting the card information from the detected account card. 15. The non-transitory computer-readable of claim 11 , wherein the method further comprises: transmitting the card information to the server. 16. The non-transitory computer-readable of claim 11 , wherein modifying the AR graphic further comprises at least one of resizing the AR graphic, relocating the AR graphic, rotating the AR graphic, or changing content of the AR graphic. 17. The non-transitory computer-readable of claim 11 , wherein the image is a real-time image. 18. The non-transitory computer-readable of claim 11 , wherein the method further comprises: verifying an identity of an individual associated with the account card. 19. The non-transitory computer-readable of claim 11 , wherein the method further comprises: obtaining data for activating the account card based on an input from a user in response to the card activation query. 20. A system for augmented reality account card activation, comprising: a memory device having instructions stored thereon; and one or more processors in communication with the memory device configured to execute the stored instructions to execute operations comprising: processing an image to obtain card information presented on the account card; causing a display to display an augmented reality (AR) graphic configured to obtain user input, the AR graphic comprising a card activation query overlaid on the image; detecting a change to a position or an orientation of the account card; modifying, based on the detected change, the AR graphic; receiving first user input comprising a response to the query; transmitting, to a server, an activation request comprising information relating to the received response to the query; receiving, from the server, a first notification in response to the transmitted activation request, the first notification indicating that the account card is activated; receiving second user input for associating the account card with a client device associated with the user, wherein the association of the account card causes the associated client device to require a lower security protocol to access account information associated with the ac
