What is claimed is: 1. A gate light apparatus for connection to first and second support members disposed at an angle relative to each other, comprising: a) a housing; b) the housing having a motion detector, a photo sensor, a light source, and a power source; c) a bracket having a rear side and a front side; d) the rear side of the bracket having a first receiver configured to engage the first support member and a second receiver configured to engage the second support member; e) the first receiver including a first axis, the second receiver including second axis, the first and second axes being set at a right angle relative to each other; f) the front side of the bracket configured to engage the housing; g) the housing including a base and a cover; h) the cover of the housing removably engaged to the base of the housing; i) the base of the housing having a periphery and the cover of the housing engaged to the base inwardly of the periphery; j) the front side of the bracket being configured to engage the base without engaging the cover such that the cover is removable from the base without removing the base from the bracket; k) wherein the first receiver is a lower receiver configured to receive a first support member having a cylindrical cross section; l) wherein the second receiver is an upper receiver configured to receive a second support member having a rectangular cross section; m) wherein the lower receiver comprises: i) first and second prongs, each of the first and second prongs being resilient, each of the first and second prongs being inwardly turned, each of the first and second prongs being inwardly curved, each of the first and second prongs having a base; ii) first and second central projections, each of the first and second central projections being disposed equidistantly between the base of the first prong and the base of the second prong, each of the first and second central projections having a rear edge that is curved to receive a curved exterior surface of the first support member having said cylindrical cross section; and iii) each of the first and second prongs having a distal end, said distal end having an inner surface portion that is curved to receive the curved exterior surface of the first support member having said cylindrical cross section, said distal end having an end surface that is curved to force the first and second prongs apart as the bracket is pushed onto the first support member having said cylindrical cross section; n) wherein the upper receiver comprises: i) a plate portion that extends rearwardly, laterally, and horizontally from a topmost portion of the bracket, the plate portion having a rear section; ii) a first ridge extending downwardly from the rear section of the plate portion; iii) a second ridge extending rearwardly from the bracket and including a U-shaped segment; iv) the upper receiver having a first junction between the plate portion and the bracket that confronts an upper front edge of the second support member having said rectangular cross section; v) the upper receiver having a second junction between the plate portion and the first ridge that confronts an upper rear edge of the second support member having said rectangular cross section; vi) the upper receiver having a third junction between the bracket and the second ridge that confronts a lower front edge of the second support member having said rectangular cross section; vii) the plate portion abutting an upper face of the second support member having said rectangular cross section; viii) the second ridge abutting a lower face of the second support member having said rectangular cross section; ix) the bracket abutting a front face of the second support member having said rectangular cross section; and x) the first ridge abutting a rear face of the second support member having said rectangular cross section. 2. A gate light apparatus for connection to first and second support members disposed at an angle relative to each other, comprising: a) a housing; b) the housing having a motion detector, a photo sensor, a light source, and a power source; c) a bracket having a rear side and a front side; d) the rear side of the bracket having a first receiver configured to engage the first support member and a second receiver configured to engage the second support member; e) the first receiver including a first axis, the second receiver including second axis, the first and second axes being set at a right angle relative to each other; f) the front side of the bracket configured to engage the housing; g) the housing including a base and a cover; h) the cover of the housing removably engaged to the base of the housing; i) the base of the housing having a periphery and the cover of the housing engaged to the base inwardly of the periphery; j) the front side of the bracket being configured to engage the base without engaging the cover such that the cover is removable from the base without removing the base from the bracket; k) wherein the first receiver is a lower receiver configured to receive a first support member having a cylindrical cross section; l) wherein the second receiver is an upper receiver configured to receive a second support member having a cylindrical cross section; m) wherein the lower receiver comprises: i) first and second prongs, each of the first and second prongs being resilient, each of the first and second prongs being inwardly turned, each of the first and second prongs being inwardly curved, each of the first and second prongs having a base; ii) first and second central projections, each of the first and second central projections being disposed equidistantly between the base of the first prong and the base of the second prong, each of the first and second central projections having a rear edge that is curved to receive a curved exterior surface of the first support member having said cylindrical cross section; and iii) each of the first and second prongs having a distal end, said distal end having an inner surface portion that is curved to receive the curved exterior surface of the first support member having said cylindrical cross section, said distal end having an end surface that is curved to force the first and second prongs apart as the bracket is pushed onto the first support member having said cylindrical cross section; n) wherein the upper receiver comprises: i) a plate portion having a rear section; ii) a rear prong extending downwardly from said rear section of said plate portion, the rear prong being resilient, the rear prong being inwardly turned, the rear prong being inwardly curved, the rear prong having a base; iii) a central projection, the central projection extending downwardly from the plate portion, the central projection being disposed between the base of the rear prong and the bracket, the central projection having a rear edge that is curved to receive a curved exterior surface of the second support member having said cylindrical cross section; iv) the rear prong having a distal end, said distal end having an inner surface portion that is curved to receive the curved exterior surface of the second support member having said cylindrical cross section, said distal end having an end surface that is curved to force the rear prong apart from the bracket as the bracket is pushed onto the second support member having said cylindrical cross section; v) the rear side of the bracket having a first surface opposing the inner surface portion of said distal end, the first surface being curved; and vi) the rear side of the bracket having a second surface opposing the end surface of said distal end, the second surface being curved. 3.
