What is claimed is: 1. A compound of Formula III: wherein R is a C 1 -C 8 alkenyl, quinoline; furan; thiophene; tetrahydropyran; or, a Y-substituted Ph group; wherein Y is N 3 , 1,2,3-triazole, C 1 -C 8 acyloxy, amino, C 1 -C 8 alkoxy Ph, vinyl, CO 2 H, or CO 2 R 6 ; and, wherein R 6 is furan, thiophene, Ph, or a C 1 -C 8 alkyl optionally substituted with one or more of the following: F, Cl, hydroxy, C 1 -C 8 alkoxy, C 1 -C 8 acyloxy, amino, C 1 -C 8 alkylamino, C 1 -C 8 dialkylamino, O—CH 2 -Ph, Ph, or vinyl. 2. The compound of claim 1 , having a structure of 506a, 506c, 506i-506j, or 506q-506u:
