What is claimed: 1. A patient care protocol package configured to improve performance and standardization of one or more catheter pre-insertion and/or post-insertion patient care protocols, the patient care protocol package comprising: a container; one or more wipes disposed in the container, the one or more wipes for use in performing the one or more catheter pre-insertion and/or post-insertion patient care protocols; and at least one labeling provided on the container, the at least one labeling including: a first labeling configured to improve performance and standardization of the one or more catheter pre-insertion and/or post-insertion patient care protocols, the first labeling including a first column and a second column, each of the first and second columns including at least one picture; wherein the first column of the first labeling facilitates correct usage of the one or more wipes and facilitates correct performance of the one or more catheter pre-insertion and/or post-insertion patient care protocols with regards to female anatomy; wherein the second column of the first labeling facilitates correct usage of the one or more wipes and facilitates correct performance of the one or more catheter pre-insertion and/or post-insertion patient care protocols with regards to male anatomy; a second labeling spaced from the first labeling that includes substantially only words; and at least one token disposed in or on the container, the at least one token configured to be removed from the container, wherein the at least one token at least one of performs, verifies, or assists with the one or more catheter pre-insertion and/or post-insertion patient care protocols. 2. The patient care protocol package of claim 1 , wherein the one or more catheter pre-insertion and/or post-insertion patient care protocols include the one or more catheter post-insertion patient care protocols. 3. The patient care protocol package of claim 1 , wherein the at least one labeling includes at least one of words or pictures. 4. The patient care protocol package of claim 1 , wherein the container includes at least one flap, the at least one first labeling is positioned adjacent to the flap. 5. The patient care protocol package of claim 1 , wherein the at least one token is positioned on an exterior surface of the container. 6. The patient care protocol package of claim 1 , wherein the at least one token includes a sticker. 7. The patient care protocol package of claim 1 , wherein the container includes only the one or more wipes disposed therein. 8. The patient care protocol package of claim 7 , wherein the one or more wipes include five wipes. 9. The patient care protocol package of claim 1 , wherein the first labeling includes five distinct steps with regards to female anatomy and five distinct steps with regards to male anatomy. 10. The patient care protocol package of claim 4 , wherein the container includes a front surface and the at least one flap is disposed on the front surface, the at least one flap exhibits a size that is smaller than the front surface, the at least one flap is positioned on the front surface to have the front surface exposed on all sides of the at least one flap. 11. A patient care protocol package configured to improve performance and standardization of one or more catheter post-insertion patient care protocols, the patient care protocol package comprising: a container including at least one flap; one or more wipes disposed in the container, the one or more wipes for use in performing the one or more catheter post-insertion patient care protocols; at least one labeling including a first labeling and a second labeling: the first labeling provided on the container adjacent to the flap, the first labeling configured to improve performance and standardization of the one or more catheter post-insertion patient care protocols, the first labeling including a first column and a second column, each of the first and second columns includes at least one picture and at least one word; wherein the first column of the first labeling facilitates correct usage of the one or more wipes and facilitates correct performance of the one or more catheter post-insertion patient care protocols with regards to female anatomy; wherein the second column of the first labeling facilitates correct usage of the one or more wipes and facilitates correct performance of the one or more catheter post-insertion patient care protocols with regards to male anatomy; the second labeling spaced from the first labeling that includes substantially only words; and at least one token disposed on an exterior surface of the container, the at least one token including a sticker that is configured to be removed from the container; wherein the at least one token at least one of performs, verifies, or assists with the one or more catheter post-insertion patient care protocols.
