T cell receptors that specifically recognize hAFP 158 and methods of their use are provided.
Opening claim text (preview).
We claim: 1. A recombinant T cell receptor (TCR) comprising: a) a Vα domain comprising an amino acid sequence set forth SEQ ID NO:16; and b) a Vβ domain comprising an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:24. 2. The recombinant T cell receptor of claim 1 , wherein the TCR is a humanized TCR. 3. A recombinant T cell receptor (TCR) polypeptide or protein comprising at least one Vα chain polypeptide and at least one Vβ chain polypeptide, wherein the Vα chain polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 3, and the Vβ chain polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 11, wherein the TCR specifically binds to an HLA-A2/hAFP 158 (SEQ ID NO: 1) complex.
