We claim: 1. A compound of Formula I: wherein A 1 -A 8 are each independently selected from the group consisting of C and N; wherein Y and Z are each independently selected from the group consisting of O, S, Se, BR, NR, CRR′, and SiRR′; wherein m is 1, 2, 3, or 4; wherein n is 1, 2, 3, or 4; wherein at least one of m and n is 2; wherein if m is 2, 3, or 4, each Y may be the same or different; wherein if n is 2, 3, or 4, each Z may be the same or different; wherein R A and R B represent mono to the maximum allowable number of substitutions, or no substitution; wherein R A , R B , R, and R′ are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium, halide, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, arylalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, acyl, carbonyl, carboxylic acids, ester, nitrile, isonitrile, sulfanyl, sulfinyl, sulfonyl, phosphino, and combinations thereof; and wherein at least one of R A , R B , R, and R′ comprises a structure selected from the group consisting of: 2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein each R A , R B , R, and R′ is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium, fluorine, alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroalkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, amino, silyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl, nitrile, isonitrile, and combinations thereof. 3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein if m is 2, at least one Y is CRR′ or SiRR′. 4. The compound of claim 1 , wherein if n is 2, at least one Z is CRR′ or SiRR′. 5. The compound of claim 1 , wherein each of A 1 -A 8 is C. 6. The compound of claim 1 , wherein at least one of A 1 -A 8 is N. 7. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is selected from the group consisting of:
