What is claimed is: 1. A composition for use in an oil and/or gas well having a wellbore, comprising a fluid and an emulsion or a microemulsion, wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises: water; a solvent comprising a first type of solvent and a second type of solvent, wherein the first type of solvent is an unsubstituted cyclic or acyclic, branched or unbranched alkane having 6-12 carbon atoms and the second type of solvent is a cyclic or acyclic, branched or unbranched alkane having 9-12 carbon atoms and substituted with only an —OH group; and a surfactant having a structure as in Formula II: wherein each of R 7 , R 8 , R 9 , R 10 , and R 11 are the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, and —CH═CHAr, provided at least one of R 7 , R 8 , R 9 , R 10 , and R 11 is —CH═CHAr; Ar is an aryl group; Y − is an anionic group; X + is a cationic group; n is 1-100; and m is 1. 2. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first type of solvent is selected from the group consisting of an isomer of methylheptane, an isomer of dimethylhexane, an isomer of ethylhexane, an isomer of trimethylpentane, an isomer of ethylmethylpentane, dimethylcyclohexane, ethylcyclohexane, cyclononane, methylcyclooctane, dimethylcycloheptane, ethylcycloheptane, trimethylcyclohexane, ethylmethylcyclohexane, and propylcyclohexane. 3. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the second type of solvent is selected from the group consisting of an isomer of nonanol, an isomer of decanol, an isomer of undecanol, and an isomer of dodecanol. 4. The composition of claim 3 , wherein the isomer of nonanol comprises 1-nonanol. 5. The composition of claim 3 , wherein the isomer of decanol comprises 1-decanol. 6. The composition as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises a first type of surfactant and a second type of surfactant. 7. The composition as in claim 1 , wherein the surfactant is selected from the group consisting of a styrylphenol ethoxylate and a tristyrylphenol ethoxylate. 8. The composition as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises between about 1 wt % and about 60 wt % water versus the total emulsion or microemulsion composition. 9. The composition as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises between about 1 wt % and about 30 wt % solvent versus the total emulsion or microemulsion composition. 10. The composition as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises between about 5 wt % and about 65 wt % surfactant versus the total emulsion or microemulsion composition. 11. The composition as in claim 1 , wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion is present in an amount between about 0.5 gallons per thousand and about 100 gallons per thousand of the fluid. 12. A composition for use in an oil and/or gas well having a wellbore, comprising a fluid and an emulsion or a microemulsion, wherein the emulsion or the microemulsion comprises: water; a solvent comprising a first type of solvent and a second type of solvent, wherein the first type of solvent is an unsubstituted cyclic or acyclic, branched or unbranched alkane having 6-12 carbon atoms and the second type of solvent is a cyclic or acyclic, branched or unbranched alkane having 8 carbon atoms and substituted with only an —OH group; and a surfactant having a structure as in Formula II: wherein each of R 7 , R 8 , R 9 , R 10 , and R 11 are the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, and —CH═CHAr, provided at least one of R 7 , R 8 , R 9 , R 10 , and R 11 is —CH═CHAr; Ar is an aryl group; Y − is an anionic group; X + is a cationic group; n is 1-100; and m is 1. 13. The composition of claim 12 wherein the first type of solvent is selected from the group consisting of an isomer of methylheptane, an isomer of dimethylhexane, an isomer of ethylhexane, an isomer of trimethylpentane, an isomer of ethylmethylpentane, dimethylcyclohexane, ethylcyclohexane, cyclononane, methylcyclooctane, dimethylcycloheptane, ethylcycloheptane, trimethylcyclohexane, ethylmethylcyclohexane, and propylcyclohexane. 14. The composition of claim 12 , wherein the second type of solvent is selected from the group consisting of 1-octanol and 2-ethyl-1-hexanol. 15.
