A plumbing fixture includes a sump and a trapway extending from sump at an inlet of the trapway. A jet orifice is disposed in the trapway at approximately the inlet and defines an angled axis that is oriented upwardly toward an upper wall of the trapway and rearwardly toward an interior of the trapway. The jet orifice is configured to direct fluid from a fluid supply source to the trapway.

What is claimed is: 1. A plumbing fixture, comprising: a sump; a trapway extending from the sump at an inlet of the trapway; and a jet orifice disposed within the trapway and through a trapway surface of the trapway at approximately the inlet, wherein the jet orifice defines an angled axis that is oriented upwardly toward an upper portion of the trapway and rearwardly toward an interior of the trapway; and wherein the jet orifice is configured to direct fluid from a fluid supply source to the trapway. 2. The plumbing fixture of claim 1 , further comprising a drain channel extending from the jet orifice to a front portion of the plumbing fixture. 3. The plumbing fixture of claim 2 , further comprising a cap coupled to the front portion to close off the drain channel. 4. A plumbing fixture, comprising: a sump; a trapway extending from the sump at an inlet of the trapway; a jet orifice disposed in the trapway at approximately the inlet, wherein the jet orifice defines an angled axis that is oriented upwardly toward an upper portion of the trapway and rearwardly toward an interior of the trapway; a drain channel extending from the jet orifice to a front portion of the plumbing fixture, wherein the jet orifice is configured to direct fluid from a fluid supply source to the trapway; and a first side channel and a second side channel each fluidly coupled to the drain channel and the jet orifice, wherein the first side channel and the second side channel are each configured to provide a flow of fluid from the fluid supply source through the drain channel to the jet orifice. 5. The plumbing fixture of claim 4 , wherein the first side channel and the second side channel are each fluidly coupled to a primary fluid channel, and wherein the primary fluid channel extends in a substantially longitudinal direction between a first side portion of the plumbing fixture and a second side portion of the plumbing fixture. 6. The plumbing fixture of claim 1 , wherein the jet orifice has a diameter of between about 0.125 inch to about 0.50 inch. 7. The plumbing fixture of claim 1 , further comprising a bowl fluidly coupled to the sump. 8. The plumbing fixture of claim 1 , wherein the plumbing fixture is formed from a vitreous material. 9. The plumbing fixture of claim 1 , wherein the plumbing fixture is one selected from the group consisting of a urinal and a toilet. 10. A plumbing fixture, comprising: a sump; a trapway extending from the sump at an inlet of the trapway; a jet orifice disposed in the trapway at approximately the inlet, wherein the jet orifice defines an angled axis that is oriented upwardly toward an upper portion of the trapway and rearwardly toward an interior of the trapway; and a drain channel extending from the jet orifice to a front portion of the plumbing fixture and beneath the sump; wherein the jet orifice is configured to direct fluid from a fluid supply source to the trapway. 11. The plumbing fixture of claim 10 , further comprising a cap coupled to the front portion to close off the drain channel. 12. The plumbing fixture of claim 10 , further comprising a first side channel and a second side channel each fluidly coupled to the drain channel and the jet orifice, wherein the first side channel and the second side channel are each configured to provide a flow of fluid from the fluid supply source through the drain channel to the jet orifice. 13. The plumbing fixture of claim 12 , wherein the first side channel and the second side channel are each fluidly coupled to a primary fluid channel, and wherein the primary fluid channel extends in a substantially longitudinal direction between a first side portion of the plumbing fixture and a second side portion of the plumbing fixture. 14. The plumbing fixture of claim 10 , wherein the jet orifice has a diameter of between about 0.125 inch to about 0.50 inch. 15. The plumbing fixture of claim 10 , further comprising a bowl fluidly coupled to the sump. 16. The plumbing fixture of claim 10 , wherein the plumbing fixture is formed from a vitreous material. 17. The plumbing fixture of claim 10 , wherein the plumbing fixture is one selected from the group consisting of a urinal and a toilet.
