The light device has At least one of voltage DC current to supply to USB Charger Charging-port output-end at 5 Volt and one of desire voltage DC current to supply to DC light source. Or/The 1st AC current to AC light source and has one of DC current selected from 1st, 2nd or more voltage DC current to USB Charger charging-port's output end so the said light device has (1) illumination function by DC or/and AC light source and (2) USB charger function by supply desired 1st or 2nd or more other voltage DC current to USB charging-port at 5 Volt DC. The light device optional has outlet-ports to get 1st AC directly though conductive parts to outlet-ports to supply AC to other device. Furthermore, the light device Optional can add other function(s) select from (a) Time piece related (b) Reflect Image (c) Power station (d) project image (e) heater (f) Air Flow (g) wireless communication (h) remote controller (g) APP controller (h) Blue-tooth controller.

First claim

I claim: 1. An LED desktop item having a USB charger, including: an AC powered LED light having: (i) an area or indicator light illumination function for at least one of an area light, night light, indicator light, time display, projection light, light that reflects an object image to an image capture device, and accent light; incorporated with at least one of an IC, DC-to-DC circuitry, switch, sensor, remote controller, and wi-fi system; for adjusting, setting, or changing at least one of a color, a brightness, and a trigger system, and (ii) a USB charging system having at least one USB port incorporated with an external USB wire having at least two male plugs selected from Type A, C, or Micro to plug into at least one female USB output and at least on to-be-charged product receiving USB port without data delivery; wherein current is supplied by at least one of: (a) AC to DC circuitry built-in the LED light device, or AC to DC circuitry that fits in an outside transformer having at least one plug or prong with or without a wire to connect with an AC outlet and the LED light device, and (b) an AC outlet that supplies AC current through a wire connected with an AC LED source, AC LED bulb, or AC CFL bulb, and wherein the AC-to-DC circuitry converts AC current into at least one of a first, second, and more different voltage DC current; wherein the LED desktop item has at least one of: (1) a first DC voltage that is higher or lower than at least one USB charging port voltage, (2) at least one second DC voltage that is different than the first DC voltage, and (3) an AC current, and the AC or DC current supplied to at least one of: (a) the USB charger system, (b) a DC light source, or at least one AC light source that includes an LED or CFL bulb, and (c) a DC device or additional DC function(s) is at least one of: (c1) one of a fan, a motor, or a device providing air flow at desired temperatures; (c2) one of a timepiece, a clock, a digital alarm clock, time display, image, or time projection, or charging status function; (c3) one of a desktop lighted mirror, or a function of generating moisture, steam, or smells, dispensing liquid; and (c4) one of night light, area illumination, reading illumination that incorporates an IC for LED color or brightness changing or selection, or at least one additional function or device selected from at least one of an motor, air flow device, time image projection, image projection, projection of an object image to mirror, air freshener, smell diffusor, steam sprayer, audio device, and time display. 2. An LED desktop item having a USB charger, wherein the LED desktop item is powered by AC power and has: an area or indicator light illumination function for at least one area light, night light, indicator light, time display, projection light, light that reflects an object image to an image capture device, and accent light; incorporated with at least one of an IC, DC-to-DC circuitry, switch, sensor, remote controller, and wi-fi system; for adjusting, setting, or changing at least one of a color, a brightness, and a trigger system, and (1) at least one additional or device including at least one of a motor, air flow device, time image projection, image projection, projection of an object image to an image capture device, air freshener, smell diffusor, steam sprayer, audio device, and time display, and (2) a USB charging system having at least one USB port incorporated with external USB wire having at least two male plugs selected from at least one of Type A, C, and Micro to plug into at least one female USB output and at least one to-be-charged product receiving USB port without data delivery; wherein current is supplied by at least one of: (a) AC to DC circuitry built-in the LED light device, and (b) AC to DC circuitry that fits an outside transformer having at least one plug or prong with or without a wire to connect with an outlet and/or plugged into the LED light device, wherein: (a) the AC-to-DC circuitry converts an AC voltage from the AC outlet into a first DC voltage that is higher or lower than is need by the USB charging system and the first DC voltage to supply current to at least one built-in LED function, and to at least one DC-to-DC circuit, and (b) an integrated circuit (I.C.) supplies at least one built-in other function. 3. An LED desktop item having a USB charger as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the desktop item includes an outlet-unit or outlet-module that receives an input AC current directly through inner housing conductive parts to supply AC power to AC operated electric or digital products. 4. An LED desktop item having a USB charger as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the light source further includes at least one second DC light source including at least one built-in LED, an electroluminescent (EL) light element, or an organic EL light element for at least one of a projection light, night light, and light for body illumination with or without color or brightness changing. 5. An LED desktop item having a USB charger as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the light source further includes a DC light source including a compact fluorescent (CFL) light or LED bulb, for at least one of a projection light, night light, and light for body illumination with or without color or brightness changing. 6. An LED desktop item having a USB charger as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the desktop item includes a USB module or USB power station having a plurality of fixed or movable of USB units and AC outlet units to supply (1) a variety of DC currents of different amperages and voltages, and (2) a 120 Volt AC current. 7. An LED desktop item having a USB charger as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the LED desktop item additional function device is at least one of: (a) a time display with a separate backup battery power source; (b) an alarm and/or time device having a battery and backup power source; (c) a lighted mirror for reflecting an image; (d) a magnifying lens to magnify objects; (e) a wireless transmitter and receiver; (f) wireless or WiFi controller with APP software or program; (g) a power station; (h) a surge protection device; (i) an overheat protection device; (j) a short circuit cut-off protector; (k) a Blue Tooth device; (l) a remote controller; (m) a motion sensor; (n) a time delay; and (o) an infrared controller. 8. An LED desktop item having a USB charger as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the LED desktop item has an LED indicator light to show charging status or added functions status. 9. An LED desktop item having a USB charger as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the USB charging needed DC voltage is a 5V DC voltage having a tolerance of +/−15%. 10. A quick USB charging assembly for a desktop or floor or wall mounted or clip item, comprising: at least one fixed, movable, removable, or detachable USB charging unit, or an assembly that fits within an item having at least one USB port having at least one of: (a) a charging output DC current of 2.1 A minimum up to 10 A; (b) a 5V or 5.2V DC charging output voltage with or without integrated circuit control of charging current or showing charging status; and (c) a desired charging output current selected from one or more of the following: 1.0 A, 1.2 A, 2.1 A, 2.4 A, 3.1 A, 3.6 A, 4.2 A, 4.8 A, 6.6 A, or higher, wherein the charging output voltage or current of at least one charging port provides a quick charging function and reduces a time to charge another product's rechargeable battery without electric signal delivery; wherein power is supplied by item built-in or external transformer built-in AC-to-DC circuitry to convert AC power from the AC outlet into at least one of a first or
