The invention claimed is: 1. A dispenser part for a dispenser of consumable material, said dispenser part comprising: a first injection moulded plastic component part formed by a first injection moulding, the first injection moulded plastic component part having an associated first mating surface along a first edge and the first injection moulded plastic component part being transparent; a second injection moulded plastic component part formed by a second injection moulding after the first injection moulding, the second injection moulded plastic component part having an associated second mating surface and the second injection moulded plastic component part being opaque; and an injection moulded seam formed during the second injection moulding whereby the first injection moulded plastic component part is mated directly to the second mating surface of the second injection moulded plastic component part to define the dispenser part, the second injection moulded plastic component part being at a temperature that melts at least the first edge of the associated first mating surface of the first injection moulded plastic component part during the second injection moulding of said second injection moulded plastic component part, and wherein a transverse cross section of the injection moulded seam comprises a plurality of steps forming corners and at least one contact surface intermediate an outer and an inner surface of the dispenser part, and wherein the corners of the plurality of steps and the at least one contact surface are melted during the second injection moulding whereby the first injection moulded plastic component part is merged with the second injection moulded plastic component part throughout the transverse cross section of the injection moulded seam and the transverse cross section of the seam comprises rounded surfaces at corners of the plurality of steps. 2. The dispenser part according to claim 1 , wherein each contact surface extends along the length of the injection moulded seam. 3. The dispenser part according to claim 1 , wherein the contact surface has a transverse extension between 3 to 5 times the thickness of at least one component part adjacent the injection moulded seam. 4. The dispenser part according to claim 1 , wherein the transverse cross section of the injection moulded seam comprises a first step adjacent the outer surface of the dispenser part. 5. The dispenser part according to claim 4 , wherein the first step comprises a first contact surface at right angles to the outer surface of the dispenser part and an adjoining second contact surface extending towards the first edge. 6. The dispenser part according to claim 4 , wherein the transverse cross section of the injection moulded seam comprises a second step adjacent the inner surface of the dispenser part. 7. The dispenser part according to claim 6 , wherein the second step comprises a third contact surface at right angles to the inner surface of the dispenser part, said third contact surface coinciding with the first edge of the first component part. 8. The dispenser part according to claim 6 , wherein the first and the second steps have a height equal to or less than half the thickness of at least one component part adjacent the injection moulded seam, which steps are joined by the second contact surface. 9. The dispenser part according to claim 6 , wherein the first and the second steps have a height between ⅙ and ½ the thickness of at least one component part adjacent the injection moulded seam. 10. The dispenser part according to claim 5 , wherein the second contact surface comprises raised contact increasing means along the length of the injection moulded seam. 11. The dispenser part according to claim 10 , wherein the raised contact increasing means are arranged to be melted during the second injection moulding of the second component part. 12. The dispenser part according to claim 10 , wherein the raised contact increasing means comprises at least one additional step. 13. The dispenser part according to claim 12 , wherein each additional step has a height of 0.05 to 1 mm. 14. The dispenser part according to claim 12 , wherein the raised contact increasing means comprises steps having an equal height. 15. The dispenser part according to claim 12 , wherein, in a transverse cross-section, the at least one additional step has a height that is equal to or less than the height of the first step. 16. The dispenser part according to claim 12 , wherein the additional steps have a height between 1/20 and ⅓ of the thickness of at least one component part adjacent the injection moulded seam. 17. The dispenser part according to claim 12 , wherein, in the transverse direction, each adjacent step is separated by a distance equal to or greater than the height of the smaller of said steps. 18. The dispenser part according to claim 10 , wherein the raised contact increasing means comprises at least one projection along the length of the injection moulded seam. 19. The dispenser part according to claim 18 , wherein the raised contact increasing means comprises at least one flat projection extending at right angles to the second contact surface along the length of the injection moulded seam. 20. The dispenser part according to claim 18 , wherein the raised contact increasing means comprises multiple, individual projections along the length of the injection moulded seam. 21. The dispenser part according to claim 10 , wherein the raised contact increasing means comprises at least one ridge along the length of the injection moulded seam. 22. The dispenser part according to claim 21 wherein the raised contact increasing means comprises multiple, parallel ridges having a V-shaped cross-section. 23. The dispenser part according to claim 21 , wherein the at least one ridge has a V-shaped cross-section. 24. The dispenser part according to claim 21 , wherein the at least one ridge has a height up to half the thickness of the second contact surface. 25. The dispenser part according to claim 20 , wherein the projections have the same or different heights. 26. The dispenser part according to claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the first component part increases gradually in a transverse direction towards the injection moulded seam. 27. The dispenser part according to claim 1 , wherein the maximum thickness of the injection moulded seam is 1.5 times the thickness of the second component part adjacent the injection moulded seam. 28.
