What is claimed is: 1. An inflatable penile prosthesis, comprising: an inflatable member; a reservoir configured to hold fluid; and a pump assembly configured to facilitate a transfer of the fluid from the reservoir to the inflatable member when the prosthesis is in an inflation mode, and facilitate a transfer of the fluid from the inflatable member to the reservoir when the prosthesis is in a deflation mode, the pump assembly including a valve housing and a pump bulb member, the pump bulb member including a frame portion configured to reinforce the pump bulb member. 2. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member includes an inner surface defining a cavity and an outer surface opposite the inner surface. 3. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member includes a sidewall that defines a cavity and an outer surface opposite the inner surface. 4. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member includes a sidewall that defines a cavity, the sidewall having a first portion and a second portion, the first portion of the sidewall having a first thickness, the second portion of the sidewall having a second thickness, the first thickness being greater than the second thickness. 5. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member is formed of an elastomeric polymer. 6. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion defining a cavity, the second portion extending from an outer surface of the first portion. 7. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion defining a cavity, the second portion extending from an outer surface of the first portion, the first portion being formed of a first material, the second portion being formed of a second material different than the first material. 8. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member includes a sidewall having an outer surface, the outer surface of the including a plurality of projections. 9. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member further includes a casing portion. 10. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member further includes a casing portion, the casing portion surrounding the frame portion. 11. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the frame portion is formed of a shape memory material. 12. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member further includes a casing portion, the casing portion is formed of a flexible material. 13. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member further includes a casing portion, wherein the frame portion is formed of a metal material and the casing portion is formed of a flexible material. 14. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member includes an inner surface defining a cavity and an outer surface, the inner surface defining a plurality of grooves. 15. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member includes an inner surface defining a cavity and an outer surface opposite the inner surface, the outer surface defining a plurality of grooves. 16. The inflatable penile prosthesis of claim 1 , wherein the pump bulb member defines a longitudinal axis, the pump bulb member includes an inner surface defining a cavity and an outer surface opposite the inner surface, the outer surface defining a plurality of grooves, each of the plurality of grooves extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis.
