A compact culture device capable of performing large-scale culture in an aseptic state. A culture device has a culture bag which has ports through which a liquid flows and enables cell culture, a bag holding portion having holding plates holding the culture bag and rotating shafts, a rotation mechanism supporting and rotating the rotating shaft, a liquid supply/discharge mechanism supplying and discharging a liquid to/from the culture bag, and a rotation control portion controlling the rotation of the rotation mechanism. The rotation control portion brings the bag holding portion into a first position in parallel with the approximately horizontal direction according to a first information, brings the bag holding portion into a second position when a culture medium in the culture bag is caused to flow out of the port according to a second information, and brings the bag holding portion into a third position in parallel with the approximately vertical direction at least when a cell suspension in the culture bag is caused to flow out of the port according to a third information.

The invention claimed is: 1. A culture device comprising: a culture bag with flexibility which has a port through which a liquid flows and which enables cell culture in an internal space; a bag holding portion having holding plates which sandwich the culture bag and having a rotating shaft; a rotation mechanism supporting and rotating the rotating shaft; a liquid supply/discharge mechanism supplying and discharging a liquid to/from the culture bag; a rotation control portion controlling rotation of the rotation mechanism; a culture control portion configured for outputting a first information, a second information to the rotation control portion, wherein the culture control portion performs a culture step of outputting the first information to the rotation control portion; and a solution exchanging step of outputting the second information and driving a liquid supply/discharge mechanism to partially exchange a solution in the culture bag; the rotation control portion configured for bringing the bag holding portion into a first position in which a supporting surface of one of the holding plates supports the culture bag to be in parallel with an approximately horizontal direction according to the first information indicating that cell culture is performed in the culture bag; and bringing the bag holding portion into a second position in which the holding plates and the culture bag sandwiched there between are neither in parallel with the horizontal direction nor with a vertical direction when a solution in the culture bag is caused to flow out of the port according to a second information indicating that solution exchanged is performed in the culture bag. 2. The culture device according to claim 1 , wherein the culture control portion is further configured for performing a solution discharging step of outputting the third information, and the rotation control portion is configured for bringing the bag holding portion into a third position in which the supporting surface is in parallel with the approximately vertical direction when the solution in the culture bag is caused to flow out of the port according to a third information indicating that the solution is discharged from the culture bag. 3. The culture device according to claim 2 further comprising: a supply/discharge control portion controlling the liquid supply/discharge mechanism, wherein said port comprises two ports located at respective end sides of the culture bag in a direction orthogonal to the rotating shaft in a state of being held by the bag holding portion, the rotation control portion is configured for bringing the bag holding portion into the second position or the third position according to the second information or the third information, and the supply/discharge control portion is configured for causing the liquid supply/discharge mechanism to cause the solution in the culture bag to flow out through a first port of the two ports, which is located downward in the culture bag held by the bag holding portion in the second position or the third position according to the second information or the third information. 4. The culture device according to claim 2 , wherein the culture device is configured for causing a solution to flow in the culture bag from the port in the culture bag held by the bag holding portion in the first position, and sucking a predetermined amount of the solution from the port located upward in the culture bag held by the bag holding portion in the second position or the third position. 5. The culture device according to claim 3 , the supply/discharge control portion is configured for causing the liquid supply/discharge mechanism to perform a step of causing a culture medium to flow out of the port of the culture bag held by the bag holding portion in the third position, a step of causing a peeling liquid to flow in the culture bag held by the bag holding portion in the first position, a step of causing a peeling liquid to flow out of the culture bag held by the bag holding portion in the second position or the third position, a step of causing a culture medium to flow in the culture bag held by the bag holding portion in the first position, and a step of causing a cell suspension to flow out of the culture bag held by the bag holding portion in the third position. 6. The culture device according to claim 1 , wherein in the second position, an acute angle formed by the supporting surface with respect to the horizontal direction is 20° or more and 70° or less. 7. The culture device according to claim 1 , wherein an inner surface of the culture bag has cell adhesiveness suitable for culturing adhesive cells. 8. The culture device according to claim 1 , wherein the rotation control portion is configured for bringing the bag holding portion into the first position, and then bringing the bag holding portion to a fourth position in which the supporting surface is rotated by 180° from the first position. 9. The culture device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a control portion comprising the culture control portion, the rotation control portion, and a liquid supply/discharge control portion; a weight detector detecting a weight of the culture vessel and the vessel holding portion; and wherein the control portion is programmed to perform a first culture step, a partial culture medium exchange step, and after the partial culture step, a further culture step, the first culture step comprising: bringing the vessel holding portion into a first position in which a supporting surface supporting the culture vessel in the holding plate is in parallel with an approximately horizontal direction; the partial culture medium exchange step comprising: rotating the vessel holding portion from first position into a second position in which the supporting surface supporting the culture vessel is at an intermediate angle between a horizontal and a vertical direction; activating the liquid supply/discharge mechanism to discharge culture medium from the culture vessel; when the weight detector indicates a target value has been discharged from the culture vessel, the target value corresponding to a prescribed weight of culture medium, in which said prescribed weight is less than a weight of all of the culture medium in the culture vessel, discontinuing the discharge of culture medium from the culture vessel and rotating the culture vessel to the first position; rotating the vessel holding portion from second position to the first position; and while the vessel holding portion is in the first position, activating the liquid supply/discharge mechanism to supply culture medium into the culture vessel from a server source and thereafter discontinuing the supply of culture medium into the culture vessel, wherein the supplied culture medium is not the culture medium discharged from the culture vessel; and the further culture step comprising: bringing the vessel holding portion into the first position in which the supporting surface supporting the culture vessel in the holding plate is in parallel with an approximately horizontal direction. 10. The culture device according to claim 9 , wherein the a vessel holding portion comprises a first holding plate, a second holding plate, a first holder, a second holder, and the rotating shaft, the first holding plate and the second holding plate facing each other with the culture vessel supported there between, the first holder receiving a first edge of the first holding plate and a first edge of the second holding plate, the second holder receiving a second edge of the first holding plate and a second edge of the second holding plate; and wherein the rotation co
