Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A tearing guide strip 23 is integrated with a base part 21a or 21b of at least one of a male member 2a and a female member 2b constituting a zipper 2 in a peelable manner to improve the tearing unsealing ability of a zipper-equipped bag provided with an interlocking type zipper enabling resealing and unsealing after the bag is unsealed.

First claim

The invention claimed is: 1. A zipper equipped bag comprising: a first base film; a second base film; a male member having a base part and a male projection, the base part being fixed to the first base film; a female member having a base part and a female projection, the base part being fixed to the second base film, wherein the male projection and the female projection are interlockable with each other; and a tearing guide strip provided along the longitudinal direction of the base part of the male member or the female member, wherein the tearing guide strip directly contacts with the base part of the male member and the first base film or with the base part of the female member and the second base film, and wherein the base part of the male member or the female member and the tearing guide strip are formed as one integrated molded article, by co-extrusion molding, wherein the tearing guide strip is configured to be peeled from the base part of the male member or the female member at a binding interface by interfacial peeling and is configured to tear only the first base film or the second base film which directly contacts with tearing guide strip. 2. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 1 , wherein the zipper additionally comprises a thickened part which makes up less than all of the base part is provided along the tearing guide strip. 3. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 2 , wherein plural thickened parts are provided on the zipper. 4. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 2 , wherein the thickened parts are provided on both sides of the tearing guide strip. 5. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 1 , wherein the bag has an unsealed part that is provided at least one peripheral edge of the bag and is suitable as an opening for filling the bag with contents. 6. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 1 , wherein the bag has an unsealed part that is provided at least one peripheral edge of the bag and is suitable as an opening for filling the bag with contents on the periphery and wherein said unsealed part of the bag and is suitable for being sealed after the bag content is filled. 7. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 1 , wherein a lug is provided in a part where a side seal on which the tearing guide strip is positioned is formed. 8. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 7 , wherein the lug is formed of a part of the tearing guide strip and two films that are part of the first base film and the second base film and that are in the state where a part of the tearing guide strip is sandwiched, and the lug is capable of being cut from one of the two films, to which the tearing guide strip is bonded over the entire length of the tearing guide strip to form an unsealing mouth in the bag along the tearing guide strip by picking up and pulling the tearing guide strip. 9. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 8 , wherein the tearing guide strip is exposable to the exterior of the bag through a half cut line. 10. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 1 , wherein a resin material forming the tearing guide strip and a resin material of the base part are incompatible with each other. 11. The zipper equipped bag according to claim 1 , wherein the base part of the male or the female member has an extended part, when the male or the female member are in an interlocked position, the base part of one of said male or female members extends laterally in a width direction beyond the end of the base part of the other of the male or the female members. 12. A zipper equipped bag according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one film of the first base film and the second base film has at least two portions at which the male or the female member is bonded to the at least one film at the inner surface of the bag, wherein the tearing guide strip is bonded to the inner surface of the at least one film at a position between the at least two portions. 13. A zipper equipped bag comprising: a first base film; a second base film; a male member having a base part and a male projection the base part being fixed to the first base film; a female member having a base part and a female projection, the base part being fixed to the second base film, wherein the male projection and the female projection are interlockable with each other; and a tearing guide strip provided along the longitudinal direction of the base part of the male member or the female member, wherein the tearing guide strip directly contacts with the base part of the male member and the first base film or with the base part of the female member and the second base film, wherein the base part of the male member or the female member and the tearing guide strip are formed as one integrated molded article, and wherein a resin material forming the tearing guide strip and a resin material of the base part are incompatible with each other, wherein the tearing guide strip is configured to be peeled from the base part of the male member or the female member at a binding interface by interfacial peeling and is configured to tear only the first base film or the second base film which directly contacts with tearing guide strip. 14. A cut tape equipped bag comprising: a first base film; a second base film; a base part fixed to the first base film or the second base film; and a tearing guide strip provided along the longitudinal direction of the base part, wherein the tearing guide strip directly contacts with the base part and the first base film or the second base film which is fixed to the base part, and wherein the base part and the tearing guide strip are formed as one integrated molded article, wherein the tearing guide strip is configured to be peeled from the base part at a binding interface by interfacial peeling and is configured to tear only the first base film or the second base film which directly contacts with the tearing guide strip. 15. The cut tape equipped bag according to claim 14 , wherein the base part and said tearing guide strip have been integrated by co-extrusion molding. 16. The cut tape equipped bag according to claim 14 , wherein the cut tape additionally comprises a thickened part which makes up less than all of the base part, is provided along the tearing guide strip. 17. The cut tape equipped bag according to claim 16 , wherein plural thickened parts are provided on the cut tape. 18. The cut tape equipped bag according to claim 16 , wherein the thickened parts are provided on both sides of the tearing guide strip. 19.
