The invention claimed is: 1. A compound of formula (I-b): wherein R 1 and R 2 are, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom, a C 1 to C 12 aliphatic hydrocarbon group, saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, or a C 3 to C 8 cyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon group, saturated or unsaturated, optionally branched, one of R 5 and R 6 is a hydroxyl group —OH and the other one of R 5 and R 6 is a C 1 to C 12 aliphatic hydrocarbon group, saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, a C 3 to C 8 cyclic hydrocarbon group, saturated or unsaturated, optionally branched, a hydroxyl group —OH or an alkoxyl group —OR, with R being a C 1 to C 12 aliphatic hydrocarbon group, saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, or a C 3 to C 8 cyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon group, saturated or unsaturated, optionally branched, and R7 and R 8 are, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom, a C 1 to C 12 aliphatic hydrocarbon group, saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, or a C 3 to C 8 cyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon group, saturated or unsaturated, optionally branched. 2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein one of R 5 and R 6 is a hydroxyl group —OH and the other one of R 5 and R 6 is a C 4 to C 10 alkyl group, linear or branched, or an alkoxyl group —OR, with R being a C 2 to C 8 alkyl group, linear or branched, and R 7 and R 8 are, independently of each other, a C 4 to C 10 alkyl group, linear or branched. 3. The compound according to claim 2 , wherein one of R 5 and R 6 is a hydroxyl group —OH and the other one of R 5 and R 6 is a C 8 alkyl group, linear or branched, or an alkoxyl group —OR, with R being a C 4 alkyl group, linear or branched, and/or R7 and R 8 are, independently of each other, a C 8 alkyl group, linear or branched.
