First claim

Opening claim text (preview).

The invention claimed is: 1. An isolated antibody that binds to BMPR1B and comprises: (a) a light chain variable region (VL) set forth as SEQ ID NO: 21 and a heavy chain variable region (VH) set forth as SEQ ID NO: 23; or (b) a VL set forth as SEQ ID NO: 41 and a VH set forth as SEQ ID NO: 43. 2. The isolated antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is conjugated to a payload. 3. A nucleic acid encoding all or part of the antibody of claim 1 . 4. A vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 3 . 5. A host cell comprising the nucleic acid of claim 3 . 6. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein: (a) the antibody comprises residues 24-34 of SEQ ID NO: 21 for CDR-L1, residues 50-56 of SEQ ID NO: 21 for CDR-L2, residues 89-97 of SEQ ID NO: 21 for CDR-L3, residues 31-35 of SEQ ID NO: 23 for CDR-H1, residues 50-65 of SEQ ID NO: 23 for CDR-H2, and residues 95-102 of SEQ ID NO: 23 for CDR-H3, wherein the residues are numbered according to Kabat; or (b) the antibody comprises residues 24-34 of SEQ ID NO: 41 for CDR-L1, residues 50-56 of SEQ ID NO: 41 for CDR-L2, residues 89-97 of SEQ ID NO: 41 for CDR-L3, residues 31-35 of SEQ ID NO: 43 for CDR-H1, residues 50-65 of SEQ ID NO: 43 for CDR-H2, and residues 95-102 of SEQ ID NO: 43 for CDR-H3, wherein the residues are numbered according to Kabat. 7. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody comprises a light chain variable region set forth as SEQ ID NO: 21 and a heavy chain variable region set forth as SEQ ID NO: 23. 8. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody comprises a light chain variable region set forth as SEQ ID NO: 41 and a heavy chain variable region set forth as SEQ ID NO: 43. 9. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a chimeric, CDR grafted, humanized, or human antibody, or an immunoreactive fragment thereof.
