Opening claim text (preview).
The invention claimed is: 1. A method of inducing an immune response against a Marburg virus in a subject, the method comprising: a. administering to the subject a first composition comprising an immunologically effective amount of a first adenovirus vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding a first antigenic protein of a Marburg virus having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3; and b. administering to the subject a second composition comprising an immunologically effective amount of a second adenovirus vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding a second antigenic protein of a Marburg virus; wherein steps (a) and (b) are conducted in either order. 2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the second adenovirus vector comprises a nucleic acid encoding an antigenic protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 or SEQ ID NO:4. 3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the second adenovirus vector comprises a nucleic acid encoding an antigenic protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3. 4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the adenovirus vectors are rAd26 or rAd35 vectors. 5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein step (b) is conducted 1-12 weeks after step (a).
