The present invention relates to an additive for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, which may suppress the generation of metallic foreign matter causing a side effect in a battery while forming a stable film on the surface of an electrode, a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery which includes the additive, and a lithium secondary battery including the non-aqueous electrolyte solution.

The invention claimed is: 1. A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, the non-aqueous electrolyte solution comprising: a lithium salt; an organic solvent; and an additive for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the additive comprises at least one compound represented by Formulae 1 or 2: wherein, in Formula 1 or 2, R 1 and R 2 are each independently hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or alkoxy having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R 3 is an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R 4 is hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, a heterocycloalkyl group having 5 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, or an alkynyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, wherein the alkyl group, the aryl group, the heterocycloalkyl group, the alkenyl group and the alkynyl group are not further substituted, R 5 is an alkyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms which includes an ether group, R 6 is hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, a heterocycloalkyl group having 5 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, or an alkynyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 0 to 3, wherein when R 4 is H or an aryl group having 6 carbon atoms, and n is 0, R 1 is not hydrogen, and wherein when R 6 is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, the alkyl group is not further substituted; and when R 6 is an aryl group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, the aryl group is a phenyl group, a halophenyl group, a tolyl group, a naphthyl group, a trihalophenyl group, a trihalomethylphenyl group, an anthryl group, or a phenanthryl group, each of which is not further substituted. 2. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein in Formula 1, R 1 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R 2 is hydrogen or alkoxy having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R 3 is an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R 4 is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 18 carbon atoms, a heterocycloalkyl group having 5 to 8 carbon atoms, or an alkynyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, each of which is not further substituted, and n is an integer of 0 to 3. 3. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein in Formula 2, R 5 is an alkyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms which includes an ether group, and R 6 is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. 4. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery of claim 1 , wherein the additive for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution is included in an amount of 0.01 wt% to 10 wt% based on a total weight of the non-aqueous electrolyte solution. 5. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery of claim 4 , wherein the additive for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution is included in an amount of 0.5 wt% to 10 wt% based on the total weight of the non-aqueous electrolyte solution. 6. A lithium secondary battery comprising a negative electrode, a positive electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the non-aqueous electrolyte solution comprises the non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery of claim 1 . 7. A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, the non-aqueous electrolyte solution comprising: a lithium salt; an organic solvent; and an additive for a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, wherein the additive comprises at least one compound represented by Formulae 1a to 1f: 8.
