A display apparatus includes: an operation input device configured to designate a data range of an observed value; an analysis condition setting device configured to determine an analysis range or an analysis parameter of the observed value, corresponding to the number of samples included in the data range; a computation device configured to analyze a waveform or a trend of the observed value on the basis of the analysis range or analysis parameter; and a display screen generation device configured to cause a display device to display a waveform or a straight line as a computation result of the computation device.

What is claimed is: 1. A display apparatus comprising: an operation input device that receives an operation signal, and designates a display range of an observed value with coordinates specified by the operation signal; an analysis condition setting device that determines, as an analysis range or an analysis parameter of the observed value, a predetermined proportion, that ranges from 5% to 20%, of a number of samples included in the display range, wherein the larger the display range, the larger the predetermined proportion; a computation device that analyzes a waveform or a trend of the observed value based on the analysis range or the analysis parameter; and a display screen generation device that causes a display device to display a waveform or a straight line as a computation result of the computation device. 2. The display apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the computation device executes a low-pass filter operation on the observed value based on the analysis range or the analysis parameter, and the display screen generation device causes the display device to display a waveform of a result of the low-pass filter operation by the computation device. 3. The display apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the analysis condition setting device calculates, within the display range, a filter length and a filter coefficient that correspond to a cutoff frequency of the low-pass filter operation. 4. The display apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the computation device calculates a slope indicating a change trend in the observed value based on the analysis range or the analysis parameter, and the display screen generation device causes the display device to display a waveform of the observed value and a straight line having the calculated slope corresponding to the waveform. 5. The display apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the computation device calculates a slope indicating a change trend in the observed value based on the analysis range or the analysis parameter, and the display screen generation device causes the display device to display a waveform of the observed value and a straight line having the calculated slope corresponding to the waveform. 6. The display apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the computation device includes a change trend calculation device that calculates a slope of a linear function indicating the change trend in the observed values within the analysis range so as to minimize an objective function. 7. The display apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the computation device includes a change trend calculation device that calculates a slope of a linear function indicating the change trend in the observed values within the analysis range so as to minimize an objective function. 8. The display apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the analysis condition setting device determines that a predetermined proportion of the analysis range is the display range. 9. A display method using a display apparatus, the method comprising: receiving an operation signal, and designating a display range of an observed value with coordinates specified by the operation signal; setting, as an analysis range or an analysis parameter of the observed value, a predetermined proportion, that ranges from 5% to 20%, of a number of samples included in the display range, wherein the larger the display range, the larger the predetermined proportion; analyzing a waveform or a trend of the observed value based on the analysis range or the analysis parameter; and displaying a waveform or a straight line as a computation result of the computation step. 10. The display method according to claim 9 , wherein analyzing includes executing a low-pass filter operation on the observed value based on the analysis range or the analysis parameter, and displaying a waveform or a straight line includes displaying a waveform of a result of the low-pass filter operation. 11. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium recording a program for causing a computer included in a display apparatus to execute: receiving an operation signal, and designating a display range of an observed value with coordinates specified by the operation signal; determining, as an analysis range or an analysis parameter of the observed value, a predetermined proportion, that ranges from 5% to 20%, of a number of samples included in the display range, wherein the larger the predetermined proportion; analyzing a waveform or a trend of the observed value based on the analysis range or the analysis parameter; and causing a display device to display a waveform or a straight line as a computation result of the computation command. 12. The recording medium according to claim 11 , wherein the analyzing includes causing a low pass filter operation to be executed on the observed value based on the analysis range or the analysis parameter, and the causing the display device includes causing the display device to display a result of the low-pass filter operation.
