A system includes a candidate device including a processor configured to implement a candidate evaluation software application and a server computer configured to communicate with the candidate device using a network. The server computer is configured to receive, from the candidate device, a request to access an evaluation service. The request includes a candidate identifier. The server computer is configured to access historical candidate data in a memory accessible by the server computer to determine a trust score for a candidate associated with the candidate identifier, and when the trust score exceeds a threshold, transmit a credential to the candidate device enabling an evaluation of the candidate to be performed on the candidate device via a secured local area network.

The invention claimed is: 1. A system, comprising: a candidate device including a processor configured to implement a candidate evaluation software application; a secured local area network; and one or more server hardware computing devices configured to communicate with the candidate device using the secured local area network, and each comprising at least one processor executing specific computer-executable instructions within a memory that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to: receive, from the candidate device, a request to access an evaluation service, the request including a candidate identifier, access historical candidate data in a memory accessible by the one or more server hardware computing devices to determine a risk factor for a candidate associated with the candidate identifier, when the risk factor falls below a threshold: transmit a credential to the candidate device enabling an evaluation of the candidate to be performed on the candidate device via the secured local area network, transmit a message to the candidate device identifying a physical location within a testing center allocated to the candidate for a duration of an evaluation activity, and after transmitting the message to the candidate device identifying the physical location, initiate a video recording by a video camera configured to capture video data of the physical location within the testing center, and when the risk factor exceeds the threshold: deny the candidate device access to the evaluation services, determine an alternate location for candidate evaluation services, and transmit a message to the candidate device, the message identifying the alternate location for candidate evaluation services. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the credential includes a network security key usable by the candidate device to communicate with the one or more server hardware computing devices using the secured local area network. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more server hardware computing devices are further configured to transmit at least a portion of the video camera to a proctor computer device for monitoring of the candidate. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the historical candidate data includes a number of evaluations retaken by the candidate and the one or more server hardware computing devices are configured to determine the risk factor based upon the number of evaluations retaken by the candidate. 5. A system, comprising: a candidate device including a processor configured to implement a candidate evaluation software application; and a server computer configured to communicate with the candidate device using a network, the server computer being configured to: receive, from the candidate device, a request to access an evaluation service, the request including a candidate identifier, access historical candidate data in a memory accessible by the server computer to determine a trust score for a candidate associated with the candidate identifier, when the trust score exceeds a threshold: transmit a credential to the candidate device enabling an evaluation of the candidate to be performed on the candidate device via a secured local area network, and when the trust score falls below the threshold: determine an alternate location for candidate evaluation services, transmit a message to the candidate device, the message identifying the alternate location for candidate evaluation services, and initiate a recording by a camera configured to capture at least one of video data and audio data of the alternate location. 6. The system of claim 5 , wherein the credential includes a network security key usable by the candidate device to communicate with the server computer using a secured local area network. 7. The system of claim 5 , wherein the server computer is further configured to, when the trust score exceeds the threshold, at least one of transmit a message to the candidate device and display a message identifying a physical location. 8. The system of claim 7 , wherein the server computer is further configured to transmit at least a portion of the data capture to a proctor computer device. 9. The system of claim 5 , wherein the historical candidate data includes a number of evaluations retaken by the candidate and the server computer is configured to determine the trust score based upon the number of evaluations retaken by the candidate. 10. The system of claim 5 , wherein the server computer is configured to, when the trust score falls below the threshold, deny the candidate device access to the evaluation service. 11. A method, comprising: receiving, from a candidate device, a request to access an evaluation service, the request including a candidate identifier; accessing historical candidate data in a memory accessible by a server computer to determine a trust score for a candidate associated with the candidate identifier; when the trust score exceeds a threshold, transmitting a credential to the candidate device enabling an evaluation of the candidate to be performed on the candidate device via a secured local area network; and when the trust score falls below the threshold: determining an alternate location for candidate evaluation services, transmit a message to the candidate device, the message identifying the alternate location for candidate evaluation services, and initiate a recording by a camera configured to capture at least one of video data and audio data of the alternate location. 12. The method of claim 11 , further comprising, when the trust score exceeds a threshold, at least one of transmitting a message to the candidate device identifying a physical location and displaying a message identifying the physical location. 13. The method of claim 11 , further comprising transmitting at least a portion of the data capture to a proctor computer device.
