What is claimed: 1. A method of traversing an obstacle with a wheelchair, comprising: pivoting a drive assembly pivot arm about a pivot axis, wherein the drive assembly pivot arm is pivotally connected to a frame, wherein a drive assembly is mounted to the drive assembly pivot arm; and pivoting a front caster pivot arm about the pivot axis, wherein the front caster pivot arm is pivotally connected to the frame, wherein the front caster pivot arm pivots about the pivot axis independently of the drive assembly, wherein the front caster pivot arm comprises a four bar linkage that includes a curved upper link and a curved lower link, wherein the curved upper link pivots about the pivot axis, wherein a front caster is mounted to the front caster pivot arm. 2. The method according to claim 1 , further comprising pivoting the curved lower link about a second pivot axis. 3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the front caster pivot arm is coupled to the drive assembly pivot arm by a link. 4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the pivot axis is below an axis of rotation of a drive wheel of the drive assembly. 5. The method according to claim 1 , further comprising biasing the drive assembly downward relative to the frame. 6. The method according to claim 5 , wherein the drive assembly is biased downward relative to the frame by a spring. 7. The method according to claim 6 , wherein the spring comprises a spring coil disposed around a shock absorber. 8. A method of suspending a drive assembly, a front caster, and a rear caster from a frame of a wheelchair, the method comprising: pivotally connecting a drive assembly pivot arm to the frame at a first pivot axis, wherein the drive assembly is mounted to the drive assembly pivot arm; pivotally connecting a front caster pivot arm to the frame, wherein the front caster pivot arm comprises an upper link and a lower link, wherein the upper link is pivotally connected to the frame at the first pivot axis, wherein the lower link is pivotally connected to the frame at a second pivot axis, wherein the front caster pivot arm pivots about the frame independently of the drive assembly pivot arm; and pivotally connecting a rear caster pivot arm to the frame at a third pivot axis. 9. The method according to claim 8 , wherein the front caster pivot arm comprises a four bar linkage. 10. The method according to claim 8 , wherein the upper link and the lower link of the front caster pivot arm are curved. 11. The method according to claim 8 , further comprising connecting the front caster pivot arm to the drive assembly pivot arm by a link. 12. The method according to claim 11 , wherein the link is pivotally connected to the drive assembly pivot arm and pivotally connected to the front caster pivot arm. 13. A method of traversing an obstacle with a wheelchair, comprising: pivoting a drive assembly pivot arm about a pivot axis, wherein the drive assembly pivot arm is pivotally connected to a frame, wherein a drive assembly is mounted to the drive assembly pivot arm, wherein the pivot axis is below an axis of rotation of a drive wheel of the drive assembly; and pivoting a front caster pivot arm about the pivot axis, wherein the front caster pivot arm is pivotally connected to the frame, wherein the front caster pivot arm pivots about the pivot axis independently of the drive assembly, wherein a front caster is mounted to the front caster pivot arm.
