Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A cutting device includes a first cutting element and a second cutting element configured to move relative to each other, and a first gripping element and a second gripping element configured to move relative to each other. The cutting device further includes at least one driving element configured to assist a movement of the second cutting element relative to the first cutting element in an assistance mode in which the at least one driving element is activated, and a sensor configured to recognize an object located between the first gripping element and the second gripping element in order to switch off the assistance mode.

What is claimed is: 1. A cutting device, comprising: a first cutting element and a second cutting element configured to move relative to each other; a first gripping element and a second gripping element configured to move relative to each other; at least one driving element configured to assist a movement of the second cutting element relative to the first cutting element in an assistance mode in which the at least one driving element is activated; a spring element including an opening spring located between the first gripping element and the second gripping element; and at least one driving force transmission element located inside the opening spring, the at least one driving force transmission element standing in operative connection with the at least one driving element in the assistance mode, wherein the first gripping element extends from the first cutting element and defines a first grip region, wherein the second gripping element extends from the second cutting element and defines a second grip region, wherein a first end of the opening spring is located between the first grip region and the first cutting element, and wherein a second end of the opening spring is located between the second grip region and the second cutting element. 2. The cutting device of claim 1 , further comprising: a sensor configured to detect an object located between the first gripping element and the second gripping element in order to switch off the assistance mode. 3. The cutting device of claim 2 , wherein: the sensor is configured as a force sensor, and the force sensor is configured to detect a need for motion assistance so that the cutting device switches off the assistance mode at least when the object is arranged between the first gripping element and the second gripping element. 4. The cutting device of claim 3 , wherein the force sensor comprises a spring and a switch arranged inside of the first gripping element or the second gripping element. 5. The cutting device of claim 1 , further comprising: a force transmission element arranged between the second cutting element and the second gripping element, and connected firm against rotation to the second cutting element, the force transmission element standing in operative connection with the at least one driving element in the assistance mode and configured to determine a movement assistance, for determining a switching of the assistance mode on and off, the force transmission element movable relative to the second gripping element. 6. The cutting device of claim 5 , wherein the movement of the force transmission element is a swivel movement of the force transmission element relative to the second gripping element. 7. The cutting device of claim 5 , wherein the second gripping element comprises at least one relative movement limiting element. 8. The cutting device of claim 5 , further comprising: a displacement sensor configured to detect the movement of the force transmission element. 9. The cutting device of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first gripping element and the second gripping element defines a rounded configuration to avoid pinching a part of a user's body. 10. The cutting device of claim 1 , further comprising: a protection device arranged between the first gripping element and the second gripping element, wherein a pivot is configured to connect the first gripping element and the second gripping element, and wherein the protection device is further arranged between the pivot and the opening spring. 11. The cutting device of claim 10 , wherein the protection device receives a cable of the cutting device and/or forms a locking device configured to lock an intermediate space which is bounded by the first gripping element, the second gripping element, the pivot, and the opening spring in order to avoid at least an accidental catching of part of a user's body in the intermediate space. 12. The cutting device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one driving force transmission element is a cable. 13. The cutting device of claim 1 , wherein the opening spring is a double evolute spring. 14. The cutting device of claim 1 , further comprising: a blocking device including a sliding switch moveable to a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position, the blocking device is configured to block an activation of the cutting device and/or a relative movement of the cutting elements, and (ii) to release a charging interface, and wherein in the second position, the blocking device is configured al to release the activation of the cutting device and/or the relative movement of the cutting elements, and (ii) to block and/or cover the charging interface. 15. The cutting device of claim 1 , wherein: the cutting device is configured for a manual operation mode and a manual-machine assisted operation mode, and in the manual operation mode the first cutting element is moved relative to the second cutting element completely free of an assistance by the at least one driving element. 16. The cutting device of claim 1 , further comprising: at least one self-switching coupling unit including a free-wheel clutch configured to decouple the at least one driving element when the at least one driving element is deactivated. 17. The cutting device of claim 1 , further comprising: a cable winch configured to be driven by the at least one driving element, wherein the at least one driving force transmission element is configured as at least one cable wound at least partly on the cable winch, and wherein the at least one cable is tensioned at least partly between the first gripping element and the second gripping element. 18. The cutting device of claim 17 , further comprising: a tensioning spring connected to the cable winch and configured to tension the cable in at least one operating state; and at least one gear unit arranged in the first gripping element. 19. A cutting device, comprising: a first cutting element and a second cutting element configured to move relative to each other; a first gripping element and a second gripping element configured to move relative to each other; at least one driving element configured to assist a movement of the second cutting element relative to the first cutting element in an assistance mode in which the at least one driving element is activated; a spring element including an opening spring located between the first gripping element and the second gripping element; and at least one driving force transmission element located inside the opening spring, the at least one driving force transmission element standing in operative connection with the at least one driving element in the assistance mode, wherein the first gripping element defines a first grip housing, wherein the second gripping element defines a second grip housing, and wherein the at least one driving force transmission element extends into the first grip housing and the second grip housing.
