An ink jet recording method includes attaching ink by ejecting an ink composition from a head to attach to a recording region of a recording medium, and drying by heating the recording medium to which the ink composition is attached, in which the ink composition is a water-based ink composition including a resin and an amide compound represented by General Formula (1) as an organic solvent, and the drying dries the organic solvent in the recording region of the recording medium to be 2.0 mg/inch 2 or less. In Formula (1), R 1 represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R 2 and R 3s represent each independently H or a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.

What is claimed is: 1. An ink jet recording method comprising: attaching ink to a recording region of a recording medium by ejecting an ink composition from a head; and heating the recording medium to which the ink composition is attached, wherein the ink composition is a water-based ink composition including a resin and an amide compound represented by General Formula (1) as an organic solvent: where R 1 represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; R 2 and R 3 represent each independently H or a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an attachment amount of the ink composition to the recording region is 7.0 mg/inch 2 or more and 35.0 mg/inch 2 or less, and in the heating, the organic solvent in the recording region of the recording medium is dried to be 0.1 mg/inch 2 or more and 2.0 mg/inch 2 or less. 2. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein, in the heating, the organic solvent in the recording region of the recording medium is dried to be 0.1 mg/inch 2 or more and 1.0 mg/inch 2 or less. 3. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , further comprising: attaching a treatment liquid, which includes an aggregating agent for aggregating components of the ink composition, to the recording region of the recording medium. 4. The ink jet recording method according to claim 3 , wherein the aggregating agent is one or more types of a cationic resin, an organic acid, and a polyvalent metal salt. 5. The ink jet recording method according to claim 3 , wherein a recording region in which an attachment amount of the treatment liquid is 5.0% by mass or more and 20.0% by mass or less with respect to an attachment amount of the ink composition, is provided. 6. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein a content of an organic solvent of a polyol having a standard boiling point of more than 280° C. in the ink composition is 1.0% by mass or less with respect to a total mass of the ink composition. 7. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein the recording medium is a low-absorption recording medium or a non-absorption recording medium. 8. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein the ink composition includes a urethane resin. 9. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein recorded matter obtained by the recording method is used after being laminated. 10. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein the amide compound represented by General Formula (1) is included as 3.0% by mass or more and 40.0% by mass or less with respect to a total mass of the ink composition. 11. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein the heating is performed using one or more types of radiation, blowing, and heat transfer. 12. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein the ink composition includes, as an organic solvent, one or more types of polyols, alkanediols, and glycol ethers having a standard boiling point of 280° C. or lower. 13. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein a region in the recording region in which the attachment amount of the ink composition is 9.0 mg/inch 2 or more and 25.0 mg/inch 2 or less is provided. 14. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein a colored ink composition including a resin and an organic solvent and a clear ink composition including a resin and an organic solvent are used, and any one of the ink compositions is a water-based ink composition. 15. The ink jet recording method according to claim 14 , wherein the content of the amide compound represented by General Formula (1) in the clear ink composition is 1% by mass or less. 16. An ink jet recording apparatus for performing recording by the ink jet recording method according to claim 1 . 17. An ink jet recording apparatus for performing recording by the ink jet recording method according to claim 2 . 18. An ink jet recording apparatus for performing recording by the ink jet recording method according to claim 3 . 19. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein, in the heating, an amount of the organic solvent remaining in the recording region of the recording medium after the recording medium is dried is 0.5 mg/inch 2 or more and 2.0 mg/inch 2 or less. 20. The ink jet recording method according to claim 1 , wherein, in the heating, the temperature of the recording medium is 90 degrees C. or greater.
