The child carrier according to claim 1 , wherein the thigh restraint and the thigh support portion at least partially delimit an adjustable restraining opening for positioning a thigh of a child installed on the child carrier. 3. The child carrier according to claim 1 , wherein the carrying harness includes a shoulder strap, and the fixed end of the limiting part is affixed to the shoulder strap. 4. The child carrier according to claim 3 , wherein the carrying harness further includes a waist strap, and the fixed end of the limiting part is affixed to the shoulder strap at a location adjacent to and above the waist strap. 5. The child carrier according to claim 1 , wherein the limiting part is connected with the torso support portion by lacing through a guide loop provided on the torso support portion. 6. The child carrier according to claim 5 , wherein the limiting part has a distal end opposite to the fixed end, a first fastening part being disposed on the limiting part adjacent to the distal end thereof, and a plurality of second fastening parts being disposed on the limiting part adjacent to the fixed end thereof, the length of the limiting part between the fixed end and the location where the limiting part connects with the torso support portion being adjustable by engaging the first fastening part with a different one of the second fastening parts. 7. The child carrier according to claim 1 , wherein the limiting part includes a plurality of first fastening parts, and the torso support portion has a second fastening part, the length of the limiting part between the fixed end and the location where the limiting part connects with the torso support portion being adjustable by engaging the second fastening part with a different one of the first fastening parts. 8. The child carrier according to claim 7 , wherein the first fastening parts are openings, and the second fastening part is a button. 9. The child carrier according to claim 1 , wherein the thigh support portion has a curved shape including two opposite tapered ends and a middle that is thicker than the two tapered ends. 10. A child carrier comprising: a carrying harness; a child supporting part connected with the carrying harness, the child supporting part including a torso support portion, and a hip support portion and a thigh support portion connected with each other, the thigh support portion having a curved shape including two opposite tapered ends and a middle that is thicker than the two tapered ends; and a thigh restraint extending between the carrying harness and the child supporting part, the thigh restraint and the thigh support portion at least partially delimiting an adjustable restraining opening for receiving a thigh of a child; wherein the thigh restraint includes a limiting part respectively connected with the carrying harness and the child supporting part, the limiting part having a fixed end affixed to the carrying harness and being operable to detachably connect with the torso support portion, the limiting part being connected with the torso support portion by lacing through a guide loop provided on the torso support portion. 11. The child carrier according to claim 10 , wherein the carrying harness includes a shoulder strap, and the fixed end of the limiting part is affixed to the shoulder strap. 12. The child carrier according to claim 10 , wherein a length of the limiting part between the fixed end and a location where the limiting part connects with the torso support portion is adjustable. 13. The child carrier according to claim 12 , wherein the limiting part has a distal end opposite to the fixed end, a first fastening part being disposed on the limiting part adjacent to the distal end thereof, and a plurality of second fastening parts being disposed on the limiting part adjacent to the fixed end thereof, the length of the limiting part between the fixed end and the location where the limiting part connects with the torso support portion being adjustable by engaging the first fastening part with a different one of the second fastening parts.
