A system includes a first anchor that is disposed adjacent an upper portion of a seat back and that is selectively positionable between a first position on a first axis and a second position along the first axis. The system further includes a second anchor disposed adjacent a lower portion of the seat back. The second anchor is selectively coupled to the first anchor. The system further includes a third anchor disposed adjacent the lower portion of the seat back, the third anchor being selectively coupled to the second anchor and separated by a distance on a second axis from the second anchor. The first anchor, the second anchor, and the third anchor are jointly positionable when the second anchor is coupled to the first anchor and when the third anchor is coupled to the second anchor.

What is claimed is: 1. A safety belt positioning system, comprising: a first anchor disposed adjacent an upper portion of a seat back and selectively positionable on a first axis; a second anchor disposed adjacent a lower portion of the seat back and selectively positionable on a second axis, wherein the second anchor is configured to be selectively coupled to the first anchor at a first distance from the first anchor for joint positioning of the first anchor and the second anchor in respect to the seat back; and a third anchor disposed adjacent the lower portion of the seat back and selectively positionable on the second axis, wherein the third anchor is configured to be selectively coupled to the second anchor at a second distance from the second anchor for joint positioning of the second anchor and the third anchor independent of a position of the first anchor and in respect to the seat back, and wherein the first anchor, the second anchor, and the third anchor are jointly positionable in respect to the seat back when the second anchor is coupled to the first anchor at the first distance and when the third anchor is coupled to the second anchor at the second distance. 2. The safety belt positioning system of claim 1 , wherein the first axis is parallel to and spaced from the second axis. 3. The safety belt positioning system of claim 1 , wherein the second distance between the second anchor and the third anchor along the second axis is adjustable when the third anchor is decoupled from the second anchor. 4. The safety belt positioning system of claim 1 , wherein the first anchor is selectively positionable on the first axis independent of positions of the second anchor and the third anchor on the second axis when the second anchor is decoupled from the first anchor. 5. The safety belt positioning system of claim 1 , wherein the second anchor and the third anchor are jointly positionable on the second axis independent of a position of the first anchor on the first axis when the second anchor is decoupled from the first anchor and the third anchor is coupled to the second anchor. 6. The safety belt positioning system of claim 1 , wherein the first anchor and the second anchor are jointly positionable along the respective first and second axes independent of a position of the third anchor on the second axis when the second anchor is coupled to the first anchor and the third anchor is decoupled from the second anchor. 7. The safety belt positioning system of claim 1 , wherein the first anchor is adjustable along a third axis, the third axis being perpendicular to the first axis and the second axis. 8. The safety belt positioning system of claim 1 , wherein the first anchor and the second anchor are configured to pivot from an operating position facing away from a front portion of the seat back to a hidden position facing away from a side portion of the seat back, and wherein the side portion of the seat back is orthogonal to the front portion of the seat back. 9. A system, comprising: a first anchor disposed adjacent an upper portion of a seat back, the first anchor selectively positionable on a first axis; a second anchor disposed adjacent a lower portion of the seat back and selectively positionable on a second axis, wherein the second anchor is configured to be selectively coupled to the first anchor at a first distance from the first anchor for joint positioning of the first anchor and the second anchor in respect to the seat back; a third anchor disposed adjacent the lower portion of the seat back and selectively positionable on the second axis, wherein the third anchor is configured to be selectively coupled to the second anchor at a second distance from the second anchor for joint positioning of the second anchor and the third anchor independent of a position of the first anchor and in respect to the seat back; a buckle portion that includes: a tongue disposed between a first side of the buckle portion and a second side of the buckle portion; and a first coupling portion coupling the buckle portion to a safety belt presentation track; and a driving mechanism adapted to traverse the safety belt presentation track, the driving mechanism including a second coupling portion engaging the first coupling portion, wherein the first anchor, the second anchor, and the third anchor are jointly positionable in respect to the seat back when the second anchor is coupled to and spaced from the first anchor by the first distance and when the third anchor is coupled to and spaced from the second anchor by the second distance, and wherein the buckle portion moves from a first position to a second position in response to the driving mechanism traversing the safety belt presentation track. 10. The system of claim 9 , wherein the first anchor is selectively positionable on the first axis independent of positions of the second anchor and the third anchor on the second axis when the second anchor is decoupled from the first anchor. 11. The system of claim 9 , wherein the second anchor and the third anchor are jointly positionable on the second axis independent of a position of the first anchor on the first axis when the second anchor is decoupled from the first anchor and the third anchor is coupled to the second anchor. 12. The system of claim 9 , wherein the first coupling portion includes a first magnet and wherein the second coupling portion includes a second magnet having a magnetic pole opposite a magnetic pole of the first magnet. 13. A safety belt positioning system, comprising: a first anchor positionable in respect to an upper portion of a seat back along a first axis; a second anchor positionable in respect to a lower portion of the seat back along a second axis, wherein the second axis is generally parallel to and spaced from the first axis, and wherein the second anchor is configured to be fixed in position in respect to the first anchor; and a third anchor positionable in respect to the lower portion of the seat back along the second axis, wherein the third anchor is configured to be fixed in position in respect to the second anchor for joint positioning of the second anchor and the third anchor independent of a position of the first anchor on the first axis, wherein the first anchor, the second anchor, and the third anchor are jointly positionable in respect to the seat back when the second anchor is fixed in position in respect to the first anchor and when the third anchor is fixed in position in respect to the second anchor. 14. The safety belt positioning system of claim 13 , wherein a distance between the second anchor and the third anchor is adjustable when the third anchor is decoupled from the second anchor. 15. The safety belt positioning system of claim 13 , wherein the first anchor is selectively positionable independent of a position of the second anchor when the second anchor is decoupled from the first anchor. 16.
