The magnetic tape includes a non-magnetic support; a magnetic layer including ferromagnetic powder and a binding agent on one surface side of the non-magnetic support; and a back coating layer including non-magnetic powder and a binding agent on the other surface side of the non-magnetic support, in which a thickness of the back coating layer is equal to or smaller than 0.30 μm, and an isoelectric point of a surface zeta potential of the back coating layer is equal to or smaller than 3.0.

What is claimed is: 1. A magnetic tape comprising: a non-magnetic support; a magnetic layer including ferromagnetic powder and a binding agent on one surface side of the non-magnetic support; and a back coating layer including non-magnetic powder and a binding agent on another surface side of the non-magnetic support, wherein the thickness of the back coating layer is equal to or smaller than 0.30 μm, and the isoelectric point of the surface zeta potential of the back coating layer is equal to or smaller than 3.0. 2. The magnetic tape according to claim 1 , wherein the isoelectric point is 1.5 to 3.0. 3. The magnetic tape according to claim 2 , wherein the binding agent of the back coating layer is a binding agent including an acidic group. 4. The magnetic tape according to claim 3 , wherein the acidic group includes at least one kind of acidic group selected from the group consisting of a sulfonic acid group and a salt thereof. 5. The magnetic tape according to claim 1 , wherein the binding agent of the back coating layer is a binding agent including an acidic group. 6. The magnetic tape according to claim 5 , wherein the acidic group includes at least one kind of acidic group selected from the group consisting of a sulfonic acid group and a salt thereof. 7. The magnetic tape according to claim 1 , further comprising: a non-magnetic layer including non-magnetic powder and a binding agent between the non-magnetic support and the magnetic layer. 8. The magnetic tape according to claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the back coating layer is 0.05 μm to 0.30 μm. 9. The magnetic tape according to claim 1 , wherein the isoelectric point is 1.5 to 2.7.
