Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

Disclosed embodiments provide systems and techniques for mass execution of analytical models across multiple dimensions of client, collateral, deal structure, third party, and other data relevant to predicting optimal decisions in real-time. In some embodiments, disclosed systems and techniques increase decisioning speed through the reduction of computational loads on disclosed decisioning systems. Further disclosed systems and techniques may scale-out analytical modeling computations through, among other technological solutions, advanced execution environments that are asynchronous and non-blocking in nature so as to allow the execution of a plurality of analytical models in parallel and optimizing the results.

What is claimed is: 1. A system for reducing computational loads associated with processing a transaction proposal, comprising: at least one memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising: receiving, via one of an Application Programming Interface (API) or an online portal, a transaction proposal from a user terminal; identifying a plurality of data sources based on the transaction proposal; receiving, via a data interface, data from the data sources; iteratively verifying the data sources; generating, based on the transaction proposal, a minimally viable transaction (MVT); generating, based on the MVT and the transaction proposal, a plurality of transaction options; determining a score for at least one of the transaction options, the score indicating a risk associated with the at least one of the transaction options; determining, based on the score, whether the at least one of the transaction options complies with a transaction policy; determining whether the transaction proposal is approved, based on whether the score complies with the transaction policy; and transmitting: an indication of whether the transaction proposal is approved; and if the transaction proposal is approved, a transaction offer generated based on the transaction options. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the operations further comprise: if the transaction proposal is approved, transmitting a plurality of transaction offers; ranking the transaction offers; and transmitting the ranked transaction offers. 3. The system of claim 2 , wherein the operations further comprise: transmitting information indicating a difference between the ranked transaction offers. 4. The system of claim 2 , wherein ranking the transaction offers comprises ranking the transaction offers based on the score. 5. The system of claim 2 , wherein ranking the offers comprises ranking the transaction offers based on a preference of at least one of a customer or a merchant associated with the transaction proposal. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein: the transaction proposal comprises an intended purchase of a first item; and the operations further comprise: transmitting data indicating that the transaction proposal is rejected; determining an alternative transaction proposal relating to a second item different from the first item; and transmitting the alternative transaction proposal. 7. The system of claim 6 , wherein determining the alternative transaction proposal comprises determining the alternative transaction proposal based on a preference of at least one of a customer or a merchant associated with the transaction proposal. 8. The system of claim 6 , wherein the operations further comprise: generating, based on the alternative transaction proposal, a second MVT; and generating a second plurality of transaction options based on the alternative transaction proposal and the MVT. 9. The system of claim 8 , wherein the operations further comprise: determining a second score for at least one of the second transaction options, the second score indicating a second risk associated with the at least one of the second transaction options; determining, based on the second score, that the at least one of the second transaction options complies with the transaction policy; and transmitting a transaction offer generated based on the at least one of the second transaction options. 10. The system of claim 1 , wherein the operations further comprise: transmitting data indicating that the transaction proposal is rejected; generating a second plurality of transaction options based on the transaction proposal and the MVT; determining a second score for at least one of the second transaction options, the second score indicating a second risk associated with the at least one of the second transaction options; determining, based on the second score, that the at least one of the second transaction options complies with the transaction policy; and transmitting a transaction offer generated based on the at least one of the second transaction options. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein the operations further comprise: ranking the second transaction options. 12. The system of claim 11 , wherein ranking the second transaction options comprises ranking the second transaction options based on the score for the at least one of the second transaction options. 13. The system of claim 11 , wherein ranking the second plurality of transaction options comprises comprises ranking the second transaction options based on a preference of at least one of a customer or a merchant associated with the transaction proposal. 14. The system of claim 13 , wherein the operations further comprise: determining a predetermined number of top-ranked transaction options of the second transaction options; and transmitting the top-ranked transaction options. 15. A system for reducing computational loads associated with processing a transaction proposal, comprising: one or more memories storing instructions; and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising: receiving a transaction proposal from a user terminal; identifying a plurality of data sources based on the transaction proposal; receiving, via a data interface, data from the data sources; generating, based on the transaction proposal, a minimally viable transaction (MVT); generating, based on the MVT and the transaction proposal, a plurality of transaction options; determining a score for at least one of the transaction options, the score indicating a risk associated with the transaction options; determining, based on the score, that the at least one of the transaction options complies with a transaction policy; and transmitting: data indicating that the transaction proposal is approved, and at least one transaction offer generated based on the at least one of the transaction options. 16. The system of claim 15 , wherein: transmitting at least one transaction offer comprises transmitting a plurality of transaction offers; and the operations further comprise: ranking the transaction offers; and transmitting the ranked transaction offers. 17. The system of claim 6 , wherein the operations further comprise: transmitting information indicating differences between the ranked transaction offers. 18. The system of claim 16 , wherein ranking the transaction offers comprises ranking the transaction offers based on the score. 19. The system of claim 16 , wherein ranking the transaction offers comprises ranking the transaction offers based on a preference of at least one of a customer or a merchant associated with the transaction proposal. 20. A system for reducing computational loads associated with processing a transaction proposal, comprising: one or more memories storing instructions; and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising: receiving a transaction proposal from a user terminal; identifying a plurality of data sources based on the transaction proposal; receiving data from the data sources; generating, based on the transaction proposal, a minimally viable transaction (MVT); generating, based on the MVT and the transaction proposal, a plurality of transaction options; determining a score for at least one of the transaction options, the score indicating a risk associated with the at least on
