The invention claimed is: 1. A people guidance system for guiding a crowd of people exiting an event hall to a first train station or a second train station around the event hall, comprising: at least one memory storing instructions; at least one processor executing the instructions to perform: acquiring a first degree of crowdedness of people at the first train station, based on an image captured by a first surveillance camera installed at the first train station; acquiring a second degree of crowdedness of people at the second train station, based on an image captured by a second surveillance camera installed at the second train station; generating guide information based on the first degree of crowdedness and the second degree of crowdedness, the guide information indicating a guidance to guide the crowd of people from the event hall to one of the first train station and the second train station; and displaying the guide information on display devices installed at each seat section of the event hall, wherein generating guide information includes generating different guidance information for different seat sections so that crowds in the different seat sections are not guided to same train station. 2. The people guidance system according to claim 1 , wherein the guide information indicates a guidance for the crowd of people to one of the first train station and the second train station, which is less crowded. 3. The people guidance system according to claim 1 , wherein the guidance information includes the degree of crowdedness of the first train station and that of the second train station, and the distance and moving time from the each seat section to each train station. 4. The people guidance system according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor performs: calculating magnitude of a difference between a distance from the seat section to the first train station and a distance from the seat section to the second train station; and determining, on the basis of the calculated magnitude of the difference, which one of the first train station and the second train station the crowd of people is guided to. 5. A guidance method performed by at least one computer, the guidance method for guiding a crowd of people exiting an event hall to a first train station or a second train station around the event hall, comprising: acquiring a first degree of crowdedness of people at the first train station, based on an image captured by a first surveillance camera installed at the first train station; acquiring a second degree of crowdedness of people at the second train station, based on an image captured by a second surveillance camera installed at the second train station; generating guide information based on the first degree of crowdedness and the second degree of crowdedness, the guide information indicating a guidance to guide the crowd of people from the event hall to one of the first train station and the second train station; and displaying the guide information on display devices installed at each seat section of the event hall, wherein generating guide information includes generating different guidance information for different seat sections so that crowds in the different seat sections are not guided to same train station. 6. The guidance method according to claim 5 , wherein the guide information indicates a guidance for the crowd of people to one of the first train station and the second train station, which is less crowded. 7. The guidance method according to claim 5 , wherein the guidance information includes the degree of crowdedness of the first train station and that of the second train station, and the distance and moving time from the each seat section to each train station. 8. The guidance method according to claim 5 , wherein the guidance method comprises: calculating magnitude of a difference between a distance from the seat section to the first train station and a distance from the seat section to the second train station; and determining, on the basis of the calculated magnitude of the difference, which one of the first train station and the second train station the crowd of people is guided to. 9. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for guiding a crowd of people exiting an event hall to a first train station or a second train station around the event hall, the program causing at least one computer to perform: acquiring a first degree of crowdedness of people at the first train station, based on an image captured by a first surveillance camera installed at the first train station; acquiring a second degree of crowdedness of people at the second train station, based on an image captured by a second surveillance camera installed at the second train station; generating guide information based on the first degree of crowdedness and the second degree of crowdedness, the guide information indicating a guidance to guide the crowd of people from the event hall to one of the first train station and the second train station; and displaying the guide information on display devices installed at each seat section of the event hall, wherein generating guide information includes generating different guidance information for different seat sections so that crowds in the different seat sections are not guided to same train station. 10. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 9 , wherein the guide information indicates a guidance for the crowd of people to one of the first train station and the second train station, which is less crowded. 11. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 9 , wherein the guidance information includes the degree of crowdedness of the first train station and that of the second train station, and the distance and moving time from the each seat section to each train station. 12. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 9 , wherein the program causing the computer to perform: calculating magnitude of a difference between a distance from the seat section to the first train station and a distance from the seat section to the second train station; and determining, on the basis of the calculated magnitude of the difference, which one of the first train station and the second train station the crowd of people is guided to. 13. The people guidance system according to claim 1 , wherein the crowds in the different seat sections are related to different teams from each other. 14. The guidance method according to claim 5 , wherein the crowds in the different seat sections are related to different teams from each other. 15. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium according to claim 9 , wherein the crowds in the different seat sections are related to different teams from each other.
