Abstract

A compound of Formula (I):

pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, deuterated analogs thereof, compositions thereof, and methods of treating disease using a compound thereof, wherein the variable substituents are disclosed herein.

First claim

What is claimed is:

1. A compound of Formula (II):

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or structural isomer thereof, wherein:
R 1 is H, D or methyl, R 2 is H, D or methyl, or

R 1 and R 2 , together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached, form cyclopropyl.

2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 1 is H.

3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 1 is methyl.

4. A compound of Formula III:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, deuterated analog thereof, wherein:
R 1 is H, D or methyl; and
R 2 is H, D or methyl.

5. The compound

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of any of claims 1 - 5 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
