That which is claimed is: 1. A box assembly comprising: a box defining an interior, the interior defining a bottom interior wall and a side interior wall connected to the bottom interior wall; an insert for the box, the insert comprising a center segment configured to cover the bottom interior wall, and a rail joined to the center segment, the rail configured to cover the side interior wall; and a register defining a cutout, the cutout receiving the rail, the register configured to vertically slide along the rail while maintaining a horizontal position. 2. The box assembly of claim 1 , wherein the rail defines a rail edge, and the center segment defines a cutout, the cutout defining a cutout edge, the cutout edge contiguous with the rail edge. 3. The box assembly of claim 2 , wherein the cutout exposes a portion of the bottom interior wall. 4. The box assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of rails, each rail spaced apart from each neighboring rail. 5. The box assembly of claim 1 , wherein the insert comprises corrugated cardboard. 6. The box assembly of claim 1 , wherein the interior defines four side interior walls, and the insert comprises a plurality of rails, each side interior wall covered by at least one rail. 7. The box assembly of claim 1 , wherein the rail defines an upper end below a top edge of the box. 8. The box assembly of claim 1 , wherein the insert is removable from the box. 9. The box assembly of claim 1 , wherein the center segment is joined to the rail by a fold line. 10. The box assembly of claim 9 , wherein the bottom interior wall and the side interior wall are connected at an edge, the fold line of the insert touching the edge. 11. The box assembly of claim 1 , wherein: the side interior wall defines a top end opposite from the bottom interior wall; and the rail extends vertically upwards from the center segment towards the top end. 12. A blank of an insert for a box, the blank comprising: a center segment; and a plurality of rails joined to the center segment, each rail joined to the center segment by a fold line and defining a free end distal from the center segment, the plurality of rails comprising a first rail and a second rail, a cutout defined between the first rail and the second rail, the cutout extending from the free distal end of the first rail and the free distal end of the second rail inward to the center segment. 13. The blank of claim 12 , wherein: the first rail defines a rail edge; the cutout defines a cutout edge; and the cutout edge is contiguous with the rail edge. 14. The blank of claim 12 , wherein the blank is cut from a monolithic sheet. 15. The blank of claim 12 , wherein the blank comprises corrugated cardboard. 16. A registration system comprising: an insert for a box, the insert comprising a center segment configured to cover a bottom interior wall of the box, and a rail joined to the center segment, the rail configured to cover a side interior wall of the box; and a register configured to slidably move along the rail while maintaining a horizontal position, the register defining a cutout, the rail sized to fit within the cutout of the register, the cutout receiving the rail. 17. The registration system of claim 16 , wherein the register further defines a hole, the hole configured to allow air to pass between a top side of the register and a bottom side of the register. 18. The registration system of claim 16 , further comprising a plurality of rails, and a plurality of cutouts in the register. 19. The registration system of claim 18 , wherein the cutouts of the register each define cutout widths, the rails define rail widths, and the cutout widths are configured to be about the same as the corresponding rail widths. 20. The registration system of claim 16 , wherein the insert and the register comprise corrugated cardboard.
