What is claimed is: 1. A bellows installation tool comprising: a spacer defining a longitudinal axis and a fixed axial length; an inner sleeve that is at least partially disposed about the spacer; an outer sleeve that is at least partially disposed about the inner sleeve; a first flange that is disposed axially proximate the inner sleeve and that is operatively associated with the inner sleeve; and a second flange that is disposed axially proximate the outer sleeve and that is operatively associated with the outer sleeve; wherein the outer sleeve is configured to be selectively movable relative to the inner sleeve, forcing the inner sleeve to press against the first flange while the outer sleeve presses against the second flange. 2. The bellows installation tool of claim 1 wherein the inner sleeve includes an inner sleeve head portion and the first flange is fastened to the inner sleeve head portion, fixing the position of the inner sleeve relative to the first flange. 3. The bellows installation tool of claim 1 wherein the outer sleeve includes an outer sleeve head portion that is rotatable relative to the second flange. 4. The bellows installation tool of claim 3 further comprising a bearing disposed between the outer sleeve head portion and the second flange. 5. The bellows installation tool of claim 4 wherein the bearing includes a nylon washer, the outer sleeve head portion defines an annular slot, and the nylon washer is disposed in the annular slot, being configured to contact both the outer sleeve head portion and the second flange. 6. The bellows installation tool of claim 1 wherein the inner sleeve includes a shaft portion including external threads, the outer sleeve includes a cylindrical portion including an exterior surface and defining a central thru-aperture, the cylindrical portion includes internal threads disposed in the central thru-aperture that engage the external threads of the inner sleeve, and a plurality of flats on the exterior surface of the cylindrical portion. 7. The bellows installation tool of claim 6 wherein the outer sleeve includes an outer sleeve free end disposed axially opposite the outer sleeve head portion and the central thru-aperture includes a first clearance void disposed axially between the outer sleeve free end and the internal threads of the outer sleeve, the inner sleeve includes an intermediate portion disposed axially between the inner sleeve head portion and the shaft portion of the inner sleeve, and the intermediate portion of the inner sleeve is at least partially disposed in the first clearance void of the outer sleeve. 8. The bellows installation tool of claim 7 wherein the central thru-aperture of the outer sleeve includes a second clearance void disposed axially between the outer sleeve head portion and the internal threads of the outer sleeve, and the shaft portion of the inner sleeve is at least partially disposed axially in the second clearance void. 9. The bellows installation tool of claim 8 wherein the spacer includes a spacer assembly comprising: a tubular spacer member including a central threaded hole; a first end cap fastened to the tubular spacer member via a first fastener engaging the first end cap and the central threaded hole; and a second end cap fastened to the tubular spacer member via a second fastener engaging the second end cap and the central threaded hole. 10. The bellows installation tool of claim 9 wherein the first end cap includes a cylindrical configuration and the first flange defines a first flange aperture that is at least partially complimentarily configured to the first end cap and that is configured to receive the first end cap, the first flange also including a first flange stop portion that is configured to abut the first end cap. 11. The bellows installation tool of claim 10 wherein the second end cap includes a stepped cylindrical configuration and the second flange defines a second flange aperture that is at least partially complimentarily configured to the second end cap and that is configured to receive the second end cap, the second flange also including a second flange stop portion that is configured to abut the second end cap. 12. The bellows installation tool of claim 1 wherein the first flange includes an X-shaped configuration including four arms, each of the four arms defining a threaded hole and the second flange includes an X-shaped configuration including four arms, each of the four arms defining a threaded hole.
