The invention claimed is: 1. A vehicle seat comprising: a pad including a seat cushion pad, the seat cushion pad having a through hole; a skin material with which the pad is covered; a skin attachment member to which an end portion of the skin material is attached; a harness member disposed through the through hole; and an elongate elastic member extending from one end to another end of the seat cushion pad to support the seat cushion pad from below, the elastic member being disposed between the skin attachment member and the through hole. 2. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein the skin attachment member is disposed at the seat cushion pad. 3. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic member is disposed frontward of the skin attachment member. 4. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein the skin attachment member includes a first attachment part and a second attachment part arranged apart from the first attachment part rightward, and wherein the elastic member is disposed in a range defined between a plane perpendicular to a lateral direction and containing a right end of the first attachment part and a plane perpendicular to the lateral direction and containing a left end of the second attachment part. 5. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 , comprising: a seat cushion including the seat cushion pad and a seat cushion frame upholstered with the seat cushion pad; a seat back including a seat back pad and a seat back frame upholstered with the seat back pad, the seat back frame has a lower portion rotatably connected to a rear portion of the seat cushion frame via a reclining mechanism; and a headrest attached to the seat back frame. 6. The vehicle seat according to claim 1 , further comprising a seating sensor configured to detect an occupant seated on the vehicle seat, wherein the harness member is connected to the seating sensor. 7. The vehicle seat according to claim 6 , wherein the seating sensor is disposed above an upper end of the through hole. 8. A vehicle seat, comprising: a seat cushion pad having an occupant side on which an occupant is to be seated, and a reverse side reverse to the occupant side; a skin material with which the seat cushion pad is covered; an elastic member by which the seat cushion pad is supported at the reverse side; a seating sensor configured to detect an occupant seated on the vehicle seat; and a skin attachment member to which an end portion of the skin material is attached, wherein the elastic member includes a middle portion and laterally outer end portions, and the laterally outer end portions include a slanted portion extending from a laterally outer end of the middle portion obliquely in a laterally-outward-and-upward direction, the slanted portion being located in a range defined between a plane perpendicular to a front-rear direction of the vehicle seat and intersecting the seating sensor and a plane perpendicular to the front-rear direction and intersecting the skin attachment member, wherein the slanted portion is located on a laterally outer side of a range defined between planes perpendicular to a lateral direction and containing laterally outer ends of the skin attachment member, wherein the slanted portion is provided in both of laterally outer end portions of the elastic member, wherein the skin attachment member includes a plurality of attachment parts arranged apart from each other in the lateral direction, and the plurality of attachment parts include a left attachment part located at a leftmost position and a right attachment part located at a rightmost position, wherein the laterally outer end portions of the elastic member include a left slanted portion extending from a left end of the middle portion obliquely in a leftward-and-upward direction, and a right slanted portion extending from a right end of the middle portion obliquely in a rightward-and-upward direction, wherein the left slanted portion is located on a left side of a plane perpendicular to the lateral direction and containing a left end of the left attachment part, and wherein the right slanted portion is located on a right side of a plane perpendicular to the lateral direction and containing a right end of the right attachment part.
