I claim: 1. An anchor assembly for attaching to a metal deck, comprising: a) a first body for being inserted into an opening in a metal deck; b) the first body including arms extending outwardly, the arms being collapsible inwardly when the first body is inserted into the opening in the metal deck and expanding outwardly after passing the opening to be disposed below the metal deck; c) an anchor including a threaded bore at a bottom end and a threaded rod portion; d) a projection within the first body, the projection is attached to the threaded bore; and e) a second body threaded to the threaded rod portion to keep the first body fastened to the metal deck, the second body to apply an upward force on the first body and keep the collapsible arms engaged against an underside of the metal deck when the first body is attached to the metal deck. 2. The anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein the first body includes a shoulder engageable with a bottom end of the anchor. 3. The anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein the anchor includes a head portion. 4. The anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein the anchor is a bolt. 5. The anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein the threaded bore includes different-sized first and second diameters. 6. The anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein the projection is removable from the first body. 7. The anchor assembly as in claim 6 , wherein: a) the first body includes an internal shoulder engageable with a bottom of the anchor from one direction; and b) the projection includes a shoulder engageable with the the internal shoulder from an opposite direction to the one direction. 8. An anchor assembly for attaching to a metal deck, comprising: a) a first body for being inserted into an opening in a metal deck; b) the first body including arms extending outwardly, the arms being collapsible inwardly when the first body is inserted into the opening in the metal deck and expanding outwardly after passing the opening to be disposed below the metal deck; c) an anchor including a threaded rod portion, the anchor is operably attached to the first body; d) a second body operably attached to the anchor to keep the first body fastened to the metal deck, the second body to apply an upward force on the first body and keep the arms engaged against an underside of the metal deck when the first body is attached to the metal deck, the first body is removable from the anchor after concrete is poured on the metal deck; e) the anchor including a lower portion of the threaded rod portion extending and visible below the metal deck after the first body is removed; f) the anchor including a threaded bore at a bottom end; and g) the first body including a projection attached to the threaded bore. 9. The anchor assembly as in claim 8 , wherein the second body is threaded to the threaded rod portion. 10. The anchor assembly as in claim 8 , wherein the second body is a spring. 11. The anchor assembly as in claim 8 , wherein the anchor includes a head portion. 12. The anchor assembly as in claim 8 , wherein the anchor is a bolt. 13. The anchor assembly as in claim 8 , wherein the threaded bore includes a single diameter bore. 14. The anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein the projection is integral with the first body. 15. The anchor assembly as in claim 1 , wherein the projection is threaded to the threaded bore. 16. The anchor assembly as in claim 8 , wherein the projection is threaded to the threaded bore.
