Described herein are benzoxazepin oxazolidinone compounds with phosphoinositide-3 kinase (PI3K) modulation activity or function having the Formula I structure: or stereoisomers, tautomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and with the substituents and structural features described herein. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions and medicaments that include the Formula I compounds, as well as methods of using such PI3K modulators, alone and in combination with other therapeutic agents, for treating diseases or conditions that are mediated or dependent upon PI3K dysregulation.

We claim: 1. A compound of: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, glidant, diluent, or excipient. 3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, glidant, diluent, or excipient is selected from the group consisting of silicon dioxide, powdered cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, metallic stearates, sodium aluminosilicate, sodium benzoate, calcium carbonate, calcium silicate, corn starch, magnesium carbonate, asbestos free talc, stearowet C, starch, starch 1500, magnesium lauryl sulfate, magnesium oxide, and combinations thereof.
