What is claimed is: 1. A crossbow comprising: a stock; a latch; a bow portion attached to the stock, the bow portion comprising: a frame; a first limb supported by the frame; a second limb supported by the frame; a first rotatable member comprising a cam, the cam being eccentric with respect to a rotation axis of the first rotatable member, the first rotatable member supported by the first limb; a second rotatable member; a first pulley; a second pulley; a power cable in communication with the cam; and a bowstring arranged to contact the first rotatable member, the second rotatable member, the first pulley and the second pulley. 2. The crossbow of claim 1 , wherein the first rotatable member is positioned closer to the latch than the first pulley. 3. The crossbow of claim 1 , the first pulley supported by the first limb. 4. The crossbow of claim 3 , the frame contacting the first limb at a location between the first rotatable member and the first pulley. 5. The crossbow of claim 3 , the first pulley located at an end of the first limb. 6. The crossbow of claim 1 , the second rotatable member supported by the second limb. 7. The crossbow of claim 6 , the second pulley supported by the second limb. 8. The crossbow of claim 7 , the frame contacting the second limb at a location between the second rotatable member and the second pulley. 9. The crossbow of claim 7 , the second pulley located at an end of the second limb. 10. An archery bow comprising: a frame; a first limb supported by the frame; a second limb supported by the frame; a first rotatable member comprising a cam, the cam being eccentric with respect to a rotation axis of the first rotatable member, the first rotatable member supported by the first limb; a second rotatable member; a first pulley; a second pulley; a power cable in communication with the cam; and a bowstring arranged to contact the first rotatable member, the second rotatable member, the first pulley and the second pulley. 11. The archery bow of claim 10 , the first pulley supported by the first limb. 12. The archery bow of claim 11 , the first pulley located at an end of the first limb. 13. The archery bow of claim 11 , the first pulley and the first rotatable member positioned at opposite ends of the first limb. 14. The archery bow of claim 11 , the frame contacting the first limb at a location between the first rotatable member and the first pulley. 15. The archery bow of claim 10 , the second pulley supported by the second limb. 16. The archery bow of claim 15 , the second pulley located at an end of the second limb. 17. The archery bow of claim 15 , the second rotatable member supported by the second limb. 18. The archery bow of claim 17 , the second pulley and the second rotatable member positioned at opposite ends of the second limb. 19. The archery bow of claim 17 , the frame contacting the second limb at a location between the second rotatable member and the second pulley.
