A rear slider window assembly for a vehicle includes a movable window panel that is movable along upper and lower rails of a fixed window panel. The lower rail includes a water drainage element having (i) a hole established through the lower rail and (ii) a drainage receiving conduit attached at the fixed window panel beneath the hole of the lower rail and spaced from the lower rail. The drainage receiving conduit includes a receiving portion disposed below the opening to receive water from the opening and a guiding portion to guide received water toward an exit of the drainage receiving conduit. The drainage receiving conduit provides a passageway for water to flow from the lower rail, through the hole of the lower rail, and into the drainage receiving conduit, which drains the water exterior the rear slider window assembly.

The invention claimed is: 1. A rear slider window assembly for a vehicle, said rear slider window assembly comprising: a fixed window panel, wherein said fixed window panel has an opening therethrough; a frame portion comprising an upper rail and a lower rail fixedly attached at said fixed window panel; wherein said upper and lower rails have channels therealong; a movable window panel that is movable along said upper and lower rails, wherein said movable window panel is movable between a closed position and an opened position relative to said opening of said fixed window panel, and wherein said movable window panel is disposed at and at least partially in said opening when in the closed position; wherein said lower rail comprises a water drainage element comprising (i) a hole established through said lower rail and (ii) a drainage receiving conduit attached at said fixed window panel beneath said hole of said lower rail and spaced from said lower rail; wherein said drainage receiving conduit comprises a receiving portion disposed below said hole to receive water from said hole and a guiding portion to guide received water toward an exit of said drainage receiving conduit; wherein said lower rail includes a drainage hole extension that extends downward from said lower rail around said hole, and wherein said receiving portion has a cross dimension that is greater than a cross dimension of said drainage hole extension; and wherein said drainage receiving conduit provides a passageway for water to flow from said hole of said lower rail to exterior of said rear slider window assembly. 2. The rear slider window assembly of claim 1 , wherein, with said rear slider window assembly attached to the vehicle, an exit end of said guiding portion of said drainage receiving conduit is disposed at an adhesive bead that attaches said rear slider window assembly to the vehicle. 3. The rear slider window assembly of claim 1 , wherein there is no contact between said drainage receiving conduit and said lower rail. 4. The rear slider window assembly of claim 1 , wherein said drainage hole extension is partially received in said receiving portion of said drainage receiving conduit. 5. The rear slider window assembly of claim 4 , wherein there is no contact between said drainage hole extension and said receiving portion of said drainage receiving conduit. 6. The rear slider window assembly of claim 1 , wherein said receiving portion of said drainage receiving conduit protrudes further from said fixed window panel than said guiding portion of said drainage receiving conduit. 7. The rear slider window assembly of claim 1 , wherein said drainage receiving conduit comprises a wall structure that at least partially circumscribes the passageway of said guiding portion between said receiving portion and said exit of said drainage receiving conduit. 8. The rear slider window assembly of claim 7 , wherein said wall structure circumscribes the passageway of said guiding portion between said receiving portion and said exit of said drainage receiving conduit. 9. The rear slider window assembly of claim 8 , wherein an inner wall of said wall structure is adhesively bonded to said fixed window panel. 10. The rear slider window assembly of claim 1 , wherein said guiding portion of said drainage receiving conduit comprises baffles disposed therein to guide or divert water flow along said guiding portion. 11. The rear slider window assembly of claim 1 , wherein said lower rail comprises a plurality of water drainage elements each comprising (i) a hole established through said lower rail and (ii) a drainage receiving conduit attached at said fixed window panel beneath said hole of said lower rail and spaced from said lower rail. 12. A rear slider window assembly for a vehicle, said rear slider window assembly comprising: a fixed window panel, wherein said fixed window panel has an opening therethrough; a frame portion comprising an upper rail and a lower rail fixedly attached at said fixed window panel; wherein said upper and lower rails have channels therealong; a movable window panel that is movable along said upper and lower rails, wherein said movable window panel is movable between a closed position and an opened position relative to said opening of said fixed window panel, and wherein said movable window panel is disposed at and at least partially in said opening when in the closed position; wherein said lower rail comprises a water drainage element comprising (i) a hole established through said lower rail and (ii) a drainage receiving conduit attached at said fixed window panel beneath said hole of said lower rail and spaced from said lower rail; wherein said drainage receiving conduit comprises a receiving portion disposed below said hole to receive water from said hole and a guiding portion to guide received water toward an exit of said drainage receiving conduit; wherein said drainage receiving conduit comprises a wall structure that at least partially circumscribes a passageway of said guiding portion between said receiving portion and said exit of said drainage receiving conduit; wherein, with said rear slider window assembly attached to the vehicle, a portion of said drainage receiving conduit is disposed through an adhesive bead that attaches said rear slider window assembly to the vehicle; and wherein said drainage receiving conduit provides the passageway for water to flow from said hole of said lower rail to exterior of said rear slider window assembly. 13. A rear slider window assembly for a vehicle, said rear slider window assembly comprising: a fixed window panel, wherein said fixed window panel has an opening therethrough; a frame portion comprising an upper rail and a lower rail fixedly attached at said fixed window panel; wherein said upper and lower rails have channels therealong; a movable window panel that is movable along said upper and lower rails, wherein said movable window panel is movable between a closed position and an opened position relative to said opening of said fixed window panel, and wherein said movable window panel is disposed at and at least partially in said opening when in the closed position; wherein said lower rail comprises a water drainage element comprising (i) a hole established through said lower rail and (ii) a drainage receiving conduit attached at said fixed window panel beneath said hole of said lower rail and spaced from said lower rail; wherein said drainage receiving conduit comprises a receiving portion disposed below said hole to receive water from said hole and a guiding portion to guide received water toward an exit of said drainage receiving conduit; wherein said drainage receiving conduit comprises a wall structure that at least partially circumscribes a passageway of said guiding portion between said receiving portion and said exit of said drainage receiving conduit; wherein said wall structure circumscribes the passageway of said guiding portion between said receiving portion and said exit of said drainage receiving conduit; wherein an inner wall of said wall structure is adhesively bonded to said fixed window panel; wherein said inner wall of said wall structure comprises at least one protrusion that establishes a bond-line thickness of adhesive used to adhesively bond said inner wall of said wall structure to said fixed window panel; and wherein said drainage receiving conduit provides the passageway for water to flow from said hole of said lower rail to exterior of said rear slider window assembly. 14.
